The apartment is on the ground floor of a detached house with a separate entrance, and a private parking space is available just a few meters away. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery with a large garden for guests. The apartment is a small open space divided into a sleeping area with a double bed, a living area with a small kitchen, and a comfortable bathroom. It can only accommodate two adults. 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona, and 25 km from Locarno. Close to Splash & Spa Tamaro.

The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far.
