Sarat is a great host. He was easily reachable. The place is pretty clean and pretty well set up. Stayed with my family who visited me from India.

Gorgeous condo! All the amenities and super comfy bed. My office is close by so easy to get to work and airport! Will be back!

Wendy and Billy were great hosts - very responsive and friendly :) Their place was super cozy and the location is unbeatable! We greatly enjoyed walking around the nearby parks and exploring the tasty restaurants in downtown Kirkland. Also, if you have a little one with you, the Kirkland library is just a few minutes walk away and has lots of kid friendly activities, including story time! Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely look to book this place again next time we visit Kirkland!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Nancy & J's lake retreat. It's in a quiet and peaceful area, so a longer drive from stores but a worthwhile tradeoff. They were very welcoming of my dog Bacon. It had everything I could need for a month-plus stay, and even had fresh food and groceries waiting for me. Only had some minor questions or issues during the stay and the hosts were always super quick to respond to address. The unit is mostly underneath the main house and I dont like overhead footsteps but they were rarely home so didn't amount to any problems. One of the more affordable options with a monthly discount given the pricey area. Would def recommend their place and stay again, they are great people. (Pro tip to others: since the place is woodsy, expect to see some spiders and bugs!)

The house was a sanctuary in the middle of our travels. The place is thoughtfully set up, from the two rooms, to the equipped kitchen and cozy living room.

The host was outstanding. I particularly felt that the host was very thoughtful of going above and beyond with the amnesties provided to the guests, from providing snacks all the way down to toiletries. Beverages were also provided for a staying guest, which sets the tone and difference from other Air B N B’s. Clear cut instructions for common questions were also provided. Superb cleanliness with outstanding amnesties. I highly recommend a stay at the Upper Room for future potential guests.

We enjoyed our stay in Ingrid’s place. It is clean, and street parking is plentiful and spacious. Also it’s a walking distance from downtown Kirkland with lots of dining options.

Spacious,clean apartment in downtown Bellevue. Easy to walk to restaurants, shops, park and waterfront. Hosts gave clear instructions for check and responded quickly during our stay. Coffee, shampoo, laundry soap were provided. Two bedrooms are spacious with two full bathrooms. Third bedroom is quite small but would work for one adult or child.

comfy , parents loved the place. A week long stay! lots of stairs , but its good stuff to nature . cooking is fun , they have everything for a kitchen

Great location!

The location is beautiful and was a perfect location for adventuring the greater Seattle region. Just the right size for two adults.

Chris's place was perfect for my needs. I came to Seattle solo to visit friends, and this space was just the right size for 1 or 2 people, but could accommodate a few more if it needed to. It was great having my own space. It came with all the amenities as described in the listing, as well as all the kitchen items you may need. The apartment is walking distance from just about anything you could want... bars, restaurants, coffee, groceries. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe.

Great place, very close to Kirkland downtown and just a few minute walk to lots of restaurant, supermarkets and the bus station that takes you to Seattle. The bed was big and comfortable, and the balcony offered an awesome view. The only minor downside is the thin walls, as you can hear noise from nearby neighbors.

We had such a fabulous time at Lene’s beautiful home ! Set in the perfect location next to Lake Washington in gorgeous Madison Park, which has wonderful cafes and restaurants. Very spacious and cozy with such a lovely comfy bed and ultra pristine linen. The great kitchen has everything you need and the shower was wonderful. It was extremely quick and easy to get into downtown on the number 11 bus. Lene is such a great super host nothing was too much trouble for her and she even let us use her laundry room which was so kind of her. We would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you so much for looking after us x

Great host and beautiful apartment. Sweet outdoor space. Very quiet and clean with everything we needed for a nice stay. The unit has quite a few stairs leading up to it and steps inside to be aware of for elderly or those with physical challenges. Great stay and I would stay here again for sure.

The neighborhood was quiet and was easy to get around with walking. The rental was superb. It was easy to access and I always felt like I had plenty of privacy. Tracy responded quickly to an issue I had and got it fixed ASAP. I would gladly recommend this rental and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay at Max’s place. It was exactly as described. Place was cozy, clean and convenient! It was a great location within minutes of so many great attractions. Max was so attentive and friendly. The bed in bedroom was so comfortable. Hot tub and spike ball were a bonus for our kids. We loved our stay!

Even better than the pics! The rooms are nice and spacious. It’s conveniently located so you can still enjoy shopping, food and restaurants at Bellevue, but you’re five minutes away from the bridge that takes you right over to Seattle.

The location was great. The condo was very nice, everything we needed. Great restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Deana was always available. Definitely recommend this place!

Everything was great. John was very responsive and a gracious host. Even brought over some of his freshly picked cherries for us. Great view of Lake Washington and area was quiet. Lots of amenities in the unit for us. Only issue we had was the high bathtub. Two of us have knee issues and it was hard to get into the high sided tub/shower. The tub is also slippery so maybe some safety strips or a grab bar inside the shower would help? And maybe some handrails on the outside of the house? Us older people appreciate things like that. Loved being able to stroll through your beautiful garden. Other than that, overall it was a nice place to stay. Short drive to the light rail station was a plus too. We took the ride into downtown twice by train. We felt very comfortable staying here. Enjoyed talking to both owners.

Great find. Photos don’t do it justice, looks drastically better in person. Right downtown and not far from NCL pier 66 so perfect location for anyone taking that cruise line. Pillows were trash but other than that great place, would book again!

Laura’s place is very cozy, and the things you would find there is just at hotel level of consideration and convenience! Somehow I forgot my charger and tooth brush, guess what they are prepared without even had to ask, it’s just there! And the bedding is probably the most luxurious texture among all the Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Definitely worth the price! Highly recommend!

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

Very clean unit. Bathrooms and kitchen were very new and clean. Ample towels and well appointed bedrooms. Kitchen well appointed with new items. Could use some large glasses for waters and ice trays.
