It is quiet on overlook and bright. This apartment is at the foot of the Ménilmontant metro, a changing area with many local shops, very close to the Jean-Pierre Timbaud district, Oberkampf, Belleville and Père Lachaise.

Loft with view located between Belleville and Jourdain, two of the coolest neighborhoods in Paris! The Metro is at the foot of the house (République in 10 minutes, Châtelet in 15 minutes). République can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The apartment is relaxing, bright and cozy. I am very lucky to live there and would be happy to share this place.
