Nice very bright apartment on a quiet street at the beginning of the Belleville hill. 3 minutes from the metro and Rue de Belleville, where there are very good Asian restaurants and many casual bars. This is my own apartment that I rent during my vacation. 4th floor without elevator access. Also a stone's throw from the 11th arrondissement, known for its trendy bars and restaurants. Metro 2 and 11. 5 min from République and 10 min from Hôtel de Ville (Notre-Dame, Ile Saint-Louis, Marais...).

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
