The district is filled with locals, superb Asian restaurants, affordable bars, two supermarkets, and two huge parks. The flat overlooks a courtyard so it is totally silent (with a view of the Eiffel tower!). This sunny apartment offers every amenity you may need including a fully-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, smart TV and WIFI.
