Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Belleville

Appreciated a quiet comfortable place to stay. --Plenty of space for everyone - yay --super comfortable beds -- yay --overall clean -- yay --guests should know that even though this is a ranch, there are steps and differing levels on the first floor in case you are traveling with elderly or mobility impaired folks. --host was very responsive to questions -- yay

A great place for my little family to stay within a few minutes from the zoo! It was nice to have a place close to everything we wanted to see and do but to also be tucked back out of the way at the same time. The area was very nice and the place was even better than described. Frank has a nice place nestled in a nice quiet little neighborhood. There is a park across the road that was convenient with having a kid. Will stay again next time we’re in STL.

Had a great week here with four kids, four adults, and one infant! Traveling with kids is really difficult to start with and even harder when trying to find a place to stay that will help meet all their needs but this place had everything we needed!! We hardly had to bring any baby/kid gear because Sara and Dan already had it all there and it just made the trip that much better not to have to haul it all!! I also loved the backyard with well manicured lawn, pretty plants and a great play set and sandbox for the kids to play in! The beds were really comfortable and everything was very clean!! (Which is surprising considering the sandbox outside!) the location was great too in terms of all the major attractions were about 5-15 minutes away! And even though we were in the heart of the city, the neighborhood felt very quiet and peaceful! I’d recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids with easy accessibility to all the major St Louis sites. We had a great time and would stay again!

Me and my friends booked this space for a concert that was in town. We are from out of town and wanted to enjoy St Louis. We wanted something different, something out of the box. This space was just that and soooooo much more. With a rare blend of unique, comfort, and quirky. It set the bar really high for the rest of the vacation. We are the type to stay on the go and not be in our room when on vacation. This place challenged that as it was so hard to leave sometimes. Host is just as amazing. Im not the best with modern tech and stuff of that nature. The host went out of their way to help. The host was accommodating in more ways than one. They provided some really solid recommendations for the city upon our request. Thats another thing, the host is probably one of the nicest, most responsive, helpful host Ive ever had. "The Dawg House" as we called it is now a staple in our travel plans to St. Louis. Do yourself a favor and book this place now before you miss out.

Overall a great place for the price. Next to Tower Grove Park, which is an amazing park. Location is on a quiet block. Backyard is less spacious than expected as half the space was filled with vegetation. The couch is not that comfortable, but the bed was comfortable. The electronic code-based locks to both the front door and our room's door were hard to figure out even with the helpful YouTube video, but we eventually did. Darci was communicative and responsive overall.

This rental was so well decorated! It has a boho vibe that is comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the fire pit immensely and the projector tv was a nice touch. The neighborhood was nice and safe with cute well maintained older homes. Danielle was super responsive, helpful, and answered all my questions quickly. I recommend this rental and would stay here again.

Sara and Jim are wonderful hosts. They had great recommendations- We loved The Shaved Duck. The battery on the lock needed to be replaced when we got there, Jim fixed it right away. The apartment was very cute, clean and spacious. Overall, the apartment is perfect for a family and was a great home base in St. Louis.

I really appreciated staying at Floyd's place. It was cute and comfortable. The only surprise was the layout - the second bedroom was only accessible via the first bedroom. It was very hard to find a place with a bedroom that had 2 single beds and this definitely fit the bill. But Floyd was very accommodating and responsive when we needed the heat turned up he did it right away. I would definitely stay here again.

Simone was super sweet and a really great host. She answered quick to any question I had and was super friendly and laid back. I would definitely recommend this place so beautiful and clean and is close to everything. Amazing stay I loved it!

The house was very nice and free of clutter. Had all things for kitchen and bathroom that one should need. Very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again for sure.

Pam had been a great host over the last few years. Her home has been my launching pad while visiting my son, who lives right around the corner. He’s moving to VA so we won’t be back, although my partner said he would come back for the breakfast sandwiches at Espresso Yourself - haha. Thanks Pam. Your home is beautiful and convenient. It has that old world, Victorian charm - solid oak doors and trim, stained glass windows, and hardwood floors, along with the modern amenities you need! Donna

Joe’s place is more spacious than it looks in the photos. It is tucked in on a quiet street just minutes from downtown. Joe was super responsive with messages and answered my call upon check-in right away. The apartment had a variety of sleeping arrangements, perfect for my family. We really appreciated the board games and cable tv! :)

I had a wonderful stay over Christmas to visit family. Bradley created a very festive atmosphere and I felt very much at home! He was very responsive to any questions and gave great directions. The property was absolutely beautiful, perfect for morning coffee by the pond. Lots of wildlife and space to roam. Walking, bikes, and canoe were great! It is quite secluded off the beaten path but easy to find with instruction. It was perfect and my family and I loved this stay. Definitely recommend and definitely would return! A huge Thank You from my family to yours.

We loved our stay in the beautiful and peaceful location and cabin. The bed was amazing and the surrounding windows made you feel like you were in nature while offering amazing views. Can’t wait to return.

The cabin is charming with lots of books and games. The front gardens are very pretty.

My fiancé and I enjoyed staying at the cabin. It was nice to be staying in a cabin and having a little get away while visiting family in Waterloo. Rika responded very quickly and is very communicative which I love that. Overall, we love it and will want to come back and stay at the cabin when visiting family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We celebrated our Mother’s Day here over the weekend. My mom, her husband, my husband, our daughter, Ava, and our small dog Jax. The kitchen had everything you could need. All of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and rec room were spotless. The surroundings of the house are simply beautiful. It is a short drive to the Little town of Kimswick, where they usually have many festivals, and Grant Farm, which we both enjoyed. it was a wonderful first Mother’s Day. we can’t thank Leslie enough for providing such a wonderful place to stay! The walking trails, play ground and fire pit are also a huge plus.

Absolutely amazing stay. The instructions on the main table were extremely helpful and it was a great place to stay. The cabin was very clean and there were plenty of towels and blankets. The hot tub was amazing for the chilly nights and one thing that really stood out to me was both mine and my fiancés phones had no service and it was so good to disconnect from everything. I will most definitely be back for another stay.

This place was the perfect stay for a small getaway! We had an amazing time!
