This apartment is at the foot of the Ménilmontant metro station, a rapidly changing area with many local shops, close to the Jean-Pierre Timbaud, Oberkampf, Belleville and Père Lachaise districts.

My apartment is located 200m from Buttes Chaumont and a few steps from Belleville. This location is ideal since it offers access to calm, greenery and Parisian entertainment at the same time. Many nearby metro lines allow you to easily move around Paris and it is also very easy to get around on foot. The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and offers a superb view of the entire southwest of Paris.

Beautiful apartment, charming, comfortable and warm. It will be perfect for a stay as a couple or family. In a pleasant area, you will be close to Place de la République (15 min), the Marais district with its many shops and its famous Place des Vosges (and art galleries), or the Parc des Buttes Chaumont and the Père Lachaise cemetery. You can also quickly reach the Latin Quarter and Notre Dame Cathedral.
