Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). You'll love my place because of its location and atmosphere. It is an old house in tuffeau stone located in the heart of a troglodytic courtyard. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs. It also has an outdoor courtyard with a terrace (barbecue, garden furniture).
