A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Le Moulin Neuf – Val du Layon

Closed until January for the creation of a group cottage and training venue. Welcome to the heart of the natural and wild site of the Hyrôme Valley, in this independent studio adjoining the Moulin Neuf (16th century watermill). You can enjoy the terrace by the Hyrôme river, and take a boat trip. Easy access to many hiking trails in the heart of the vineyard. Close to many of the sights; cellar visits. Pets allowed.

It's just waiting for you to have a good time with family, friends and children. Have a good time in summer and winter: You can sit around the pool with a good aperitif and a barbecue in the summer and in the winter around a good raclette in its cozy living room, dining room.
