We felt very comfortable. The host gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is special. Our children were very happy about the pool and we parents were too.

I spent three peaceful nights here and couldn’t have asked for more. The house is cozy and beautifully located with mountain views and a stunning terrace complete with a fireplace — perfect for unwinding. Janette was a warm and generous host, taking the time to show me around the property and the region, with helpful recommendations and maps. The house is easily accessible by car and ideal for both short and longer stays. note that it seemed like the nearby town doesn’t have much in terms of shops or restaurants, so having a car makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Very peaceful! Greeted us with smiles and a homemade cake! Full kitchen stocked and available for use. Garden of our dreams! You can feed the chickens and walk through their beautiful garden. We wish we could have stayed longer! Axel spoke English so he was able to give us hiking recommendations and answer any of our questions! Having AC after a long day was very nice. We would come back during the winter just to try out the sauna! Looks so nice. You definitely need a car to get around the neighboring towns but just staying at the house was so nice and a reprieve. Excellent location to enjoy this beautiful region and all the amenities (shops and bike rental close by). We had a great stay in this beautiful, spacious and particularly well-equipped accommodation. Sandrine is a charming and available person who took the time to welcome us and give us advice for our stay. There is all the baby equipment available (bed, high chair, bathtub) as well as books and toys for children. Everything is thought out to feel good. We'll be happy to go back!

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience at this place. It is super cozy and comfortable and has everything a solo traveller could need. The shower, mini kitchen and balcony are fantastic. The location being so close to the bus/train station was super convenient and the hosts were very responsive. I highly recommend!

Great stay in the resort in summer, good recommendation from the host (goat cheese!), the accommodation is perfect, I recommend it!

The studio is in a great location, easily walkable to the Old Town and surrounded by grocery stores, a bistro, cafes, and other services. IT’s the perfect spot from which to explore Annecy! Accessing the unit and parking the car was easy, especially given the incredibly detailed instructions and videos Sévérine texted to us. The place is exactly as described, and everything you need is provided. Sévérine even offered to drop off and install an oscillating fan for us. A wonderful stay!

This place is just perfect! There were 2 of us for a 3-day stay and we didn't want to go back home because we felt so at home. It's spacious enough for 2 people, clean and well maintained, there's everything you need in the accommodation, I was perhaps just missing a microwave but not disturbing. The decor and the surroundings seduced us and Muriel was very accommodating and pleasant. I recommend it! 😊

We had a very good welcome with Nydia. It's available if you need it. Nydia advises us without any problems. Her accommodation is very nice and faithful to the listing. The terrace is lovely. We had a great stay at Nina's, the apartment is spacious, well thought out, quiet. It is located a few minutes from the lake and we were able to fully enjoy the activities of the lake! The proximity of restaurants, water activities, the beach is ideal for a stay, including without a vehicle. Nina is a very nice host, eager for your stay to be successful. We will be back!

Felisy was a great hostess and was very friendly and welcoming. This Airbnb is a large self contained attic with its own access. Rarely have we stayed in such a well stocked place with plenty of glasses, crockery and utensils and gadgets. Since we were on a 5 week tour of France we were very pleased to have the use of a washer and drying rack. Felisy left milk, butter, orange juice and Jams in the fridge, get your own bread or croissants. Felisy very kindly gave us six eggs which we enjoyed in an omelette. Thank you Felisy and Felix we hope to return when next in the area.

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

We had a great family stay in Vincent and Fanny's apartment. They are very pleasant and accommodating people. For example, we were faced with traffic jams on the road which delayed our arrival later than expected, but they were understanding and organised to welcome us even late. The accommodation is functional and well decorated, located 10 minutes by bike from Annecy, with shops and restaurants nearby. You can go there without a second thought 😉

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

The house is even better than the pictures. A very large garden and terrace. everything is very clean, modern and practical. A very beautiful house.

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with a wonderful view of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with the same pool house is just a few metres in front of the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex conveys a good sense of security. If we had any questions, the landlord answered immediately and gave us very attractive tips for companies, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city centre. From our side, there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!

Quiet and pleasant environment in Saint-Jorioz, a few minutes' walk from the lake. The accommodation is very clean and functional for a stay of a few days. The best part is the outdoor space that allows you to relax in peace. The host is very responsive and gives clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We had a great time!
