Monthly Rentals in Bell City

Exactly as pictured, very responsive host who always jumped in if we had any issues. Note for long term guests: the laundry is not in the unit- it is shared with the other 3 apartments in the building. Also no dishwasher which was a surprise for us. Overall would book again.

My dogs and I had a great stay here. Hope to return in the future. Pristine setting. Friendly chickens. Fishing available, although I didn’t partake. My dogs and I were at a hunting competition during the day and return to rest at the sugar shack. Great place to do so. Hope to return in the future.

Staying at Cabin 1 at the Meyer's Landing property was great! The cabin was spacious and the front porch was a great spot to relax. It had lots of kitchen amenities, of course including plates/cups/silverware/pots, but also coffee, sugar and creamer, and a big ice box for our food. The window unit A/C is in the bedroom and cools the full cabin. It was powerful enough for this but when you close the front room door, the ceiling fan is great to keep the front cool. The bathroom has a stand up shower and the water was hot and had good pressure. One of my favorite parts of the cabin was how it's located in the middle of Meyer's Landing, across the little road from the general store (it was open until past sunset!), the wharf, and the kid's playground and mini golf area.

The pictures do not do this place any justice! I loved the decor, it was just enough, not too much, but full of texture and warmth. This home was so spacious too. They thought of everything, signs to remind guests of rules, trash..etc, the remotes were in plastic!!, cleaning products, ramekin kitchenware, all were nice touches. I loved this place so much I hate to even mention my concerns, but I think that I would be remiss in not mentioning it because they deserve a public review of how well they handled it. The only issue I had was cleanliness of the floors, moisture mold in the water closet (it can happen in any home) and the owner suite shower, but once I communicated the concern they came IMMEDIATELY! I didn't just love the home but how well they communicated check in, concerns during the stay, check out, and information to book again. They are wonderful hosts & will definitely book again!
