The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Located in front of the departmental road "D6015" next to the Belbeuf nautical club near ROUEN (10 minutes by car) in an idyllic setting. View of the garden and the Seine in a green and quiet environment. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, especially from studio 1&2. Parking is free in a small public parking lot a few meters from the residence or on the sidewalk. The garden is private, go left about 400 m to reach the Seine or take a short walk around the nautical club.
