Excellent place, clean bathroom, bed is big enough to fit three people, two balconies are always a plus. Overall the experience was amazing and the host is very helpful. There are lots of small helpful things like a lighter, batteries, playing cards, bt speaker, etc. this was a very nice touch. It's also walking distance from Bogmalo beach but it's slight uphill while coming back so can be a bit tiring. The area around the property is very private and quiet. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay around Bogmalo/Chikolna area.

Uncle and Aunty were so well behaved and polite. We neither felt unnecessarily poked, but still everything was very well covered. The hosts were always responsive. They took care of everything we needed. The rooms are spacious. Washrooms are clean. The hosts gave some complimentary food as well; like- Coffe, Milk, Tea bags, oil, salt, black paper and so on. They also let us keep the luggage before our check in time at a secured place. The hosts are very straight forward about everything. The instructions and recommendations were very precised and useful. I would recommend this place for sure.

Capt Pras is a great host. We coincidentally share a very long legacy of the armed forces together, he being a personnel and I being the child of one. The place has everything that one may need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Everything things has been thought of in detail. There is nothing you wont find. Sewing Kit to Maps to a fully decked out kitchen. Overall in my next visit to Goa I would definitely book Pras’s property again.

Eventhough we got few hours to stay we loved the place. Perfect location. Calm and quiet place. Very clean apartment. View form balcony is so beautiful. Good residential area. Will definitely come back

It was a great pleasure to spend our vacation in this apartments. Exceptional view, private territory, swimming pool. We felt at home and even little regretted to leave this beautiful place. Everything is available for short and long term stay. A small recommendation - to keep a flat mop so it’s easy to clean floor. I definitely would recommend this apartments.

We have just concluded our trip to Goa where we had booked a stay at Mr.Phiroze's place. I must stay we had a wonderful time there. After reservation till check out the host , his father and their team were really good and very much helpful. The place is perfectly situated and the people who wants to be away from city, this is the best place to go. This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!

Had a lovely time in Bodiem. The home is spacious and peaceful, with a small library, a writing desk, and a balcao. The neighborhood felt safe, and is great for evening walks. There's a well-stocked shop just a few paces from the house. Akshay and Mrig are kind, reliable hosts. Looking forward to visiting Bodiem again!

I don't usually write reviews but my experience here made me do it. First off, the house is built very beautifully in a serene location. The host,Shreya and the care taker, SK are very friendly and helpful. Honestly, everything in the house is well thought and you will find more than what you need in a house. You will have everything you need if you wish to cook yourself but I recommend to try the food they provide. The Mutton Fry was to die for. Everything about my stay here was just perfect.

Go for this place if you are looking for a cosy, peaceful, relaxing and joyous time with your family. The villa is elegant and is fully equipped with all amenities. No complaints whatsoever, the host and property manager are quick to respond and very helpful. 5 stars to the cook 'Chef Kuna' who whipped up wonderful delicacies as per our requirement, he is truly exceptional ❤️.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this property from March 16th to 18th. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—well-maintained, clean, and set in a serene location with no noise, making it a perfect getaway. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away, which was a major plus. The caretaker was very helpful, explaining everything in detail, and we appreciated how smoothly everything worked. Though the swimming pool is only about 3 feet deep, we still had a great time playing in the water. The only minor drawbacks were the limited food delivery options on Swiggy, so planning meals in advance would be a good idea. Also, while the Alexa-controlled setup for electrical appliances is a modern touch, we personally didn’t find it the most convenient to use. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend it for those looking for a calm retreat near the beach!

Pleasant surrounding, hill view from balcony and rooftop. close to nature. You can spend your full day just chilling out on roof top. I stayed for 31 days, everything was good. Best place for someone who likes to stay close to nature. You can see different types of birds from balcony. firefly can also be seen in night time. Overall it is a good place place to stay in south goa.

The place was very private and comfortable. It was located a short distance from panjim city which was great given the city is noisy and busy. Beds were very comfortable air conditioning was perfect and during a brief power outage there was backup power for fan and light. The private car parking was also helpful and convenient. The terrace options are nice to relax and unwind.

Good place to spend some quality time. Good view to bird sanctuary. Drawback of this place is its far from beach and lound noise migth be issue for neighbours.

The place is so peaceful and serene that you will calm and relaxed . The surrounding is lush green and soothing to the eyes . The terrace is amazing and you can enjoy beautiful weather in the evening sipping coffee or tea . The host is very helpful and forthcoming in whatever you need .

This was my first Air BnB experience and I am very very happy with my stay here. It was far more than what I expected with extra pillows and blankets and towels, drying rack, semi automatic washing machine (which was a pleasant surprise) the kitchen was equipped with all amenities and the water filter was amazing. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay

This was the second time staying at Eshwar's place. This is a newish appartment and in good condition. Very good location near old Goa and close to the shops. Facilities are as as described. Eshwar was very prompt in responding to all our requests. Would happily book same accommodation again in future.
