Our experience was truly special. what stood out was the excellent contact with the owner, Monika. She was very welcoming, attentive and made sure everything went smoothly. Het friendly and thoughtful approach added a personal touch that made us feel right at home. Our experience was even made better by the wonderful cook, Sonali, who prepared all the meals just for us. The dishes were fresh, flavourful and clearly made with love. She has a natural talent for combining simple ingredients into something delicious. The house itself left a lasting impression. the spacious, high-ceilinged rooms created an airy open feeling like being in a church. the large window at the back not only filled the space with natural light but also offered stunning views and the many birds gave quit a show. While photos can capture the scenery, the true charm lies in the warm atmosphere, the delicious food and the unique charm of the house. something you can only really appreciate in person.

There are so many good things to talk about the stay we had in Goa. This place is located near to lake. The view from this place is green. There are so many shops available at a walking distance to get house hold things. And the house by itself is very big. Each room in the building is very spacious and also clean. All the amenities mentioned in the site worked properly. No power cuts. No water problem. Car parking is not a problem at all. Couldn’t complain in anything. Security is a little concern if you are coming alone. But if you are brave enough to manage, then this place is a heaven. To talk about Hemant(house owner), such an wonderful person. Helped us a lot in information about transportations and also about places in Goa. We arrived at 9 in the morning, at that time the house was not clean. He was staying 1hr away from this place. But he came and cleaned the house all by himself without complaining of us arriving early. A gentleman in that matter. To recapitulate, had a pleasant and wonderful stay in Goa. I would recommend this place to stay in Goa as the house and the house owner exceeded our expectations towards the stay.

A very good stay. Very close (10 mins drive) to the main Goa city. Sandeep was a great host and was very generous with early check-in and late check-out. Definitely a great value for money.

I booked this property last minute yet everything was effortless. This property is sparkling clean and offers delicious local cuisine. The swimming pool is well maintained and has great views. This is one of the few properties which match the listing photos. Overall I had a great stay at this property and would definitely recommend.

this place is on the top of a valley and over looking batim lake. it's a beautiful view and a beautiful location. the house itself is clean with a clean pool, clean sheets and bathroom. very comfortable for a small family. parking is also available. the caretaker vaibhav lives above and is extremely helpful and prompt. all fittings and lighting is new. very nice appliances. well stocked kitchen. large freezer. the area is a little remote but perfect for a family vacation and no worries if you have a car. there are ACs in every room. the bathrooms are lovely. the owner Sandhya is also helpful and responsive. overall a great stay and highly recommended. the overall cleanliness could be improved in the kitchen but no major issue. I loved it and more importantly my family did. highly recommended.

It's clear that they take great care in ensuring everyone feels comfortable and appreciated—truly a reflection of their generous spirit.Ulhas is a wonderful and humble person who went out of his way to take us to local stores and help us with all our essentials. His mother prepared delicious, home-cooked meals for us, making our stay even more special. We had an amazing time, and we're so grateful to Ulhas and his family.

Ulhas's place is near the city. My room, the largest, had all the amenities I needed. What made the trip memorable was the host's hospitality. He helped me get food, groceries, and transportation. He also offered personalized tours and drove me to places I needed. If I return to Goa, this is the place to stay again.

I had a top tier experience staying at Ulhas' home. The room was really nice & large with lots of natural light, comfortable bedding & a nice well-equipped bathroom. Lovely common area with a large patio. Calm, peaceful & green surroundings with chirpy birds. What i liked most was how sensibly Ulhas has done up the place. Functionality & convenience have been given utmost importance from the point of view of the traveller. Everything is in the right place and works as one would expect. Moreover, his family is very sweet, always smiling & ready to help. Overall an A+ experience!
