Located in a rural area 6 km from the center of the city of Praia Grande/SC, with fully paved access (any type of vehicle/motorcycle).

Cottage -100m Sea (4km from Torres) Ideal for couples/children

The chalet is 100 meters (2-minute walk) from the sea, Passo de Torres, SC, and 4 km (10-minute drive) from Torres Beach, RS, bordering SC. The chalet is fully furnished, with a complete kitchen (all utensils), 1 full bed and 1 bunk bed, with bed linens, pillows, blankets. The bathroom has an electric shower (towels, soap, toilet paper, hairdryer). We offer free Wi-Fi. The total area is approximately 25 m2. We do not accept reservations longer than 10 nights, nor monthly.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (with shower), a very spacious kitchen with a barbecue area, garden and a very large and covered garage. Sun lounger, sun umbrella, some beach chairs. *Guests must bring towels! *House voltage: 220V. *Pets allowed (up to 3). *House with 1 bedroom on the ground floor and access ramp to common rooms. Other bedrooms on the second floor.

Estamos próximos a diversas atividades turísticas, como a famosa trilha do Canyon Malacara, cavalgada com vista para os Canyons, vôo de balão panorâmico entre outras atrações. Uma hospedagem com arquitetura sustentável, onde utilizamos container, madeira de reflorestamento e bambu, aliando charme e conforto.

Our unit features a hot tub, smart TV with all open channels, queen bed, the entire cabin with gas heating, hot and cold air-conditioning, a balcony overlooking the river, an outdoor fire pit, a hammock area and an aerial deck in the midst of nature. The entire cabin was planned with care and comfort for our guests, in addition to the wonderful view of the Canyons and the Serra.

Rustic cottage @chaledavilasc with 390 square meters of exclusive land, perfect for resting and venturing out with friends. The chalet has a spectacular view of the Malacara Canyons, Crowned Indians and Molha Coco, and we are 4 km from the city center with a fully paved route. Note: steep stairs, not recommended for people with mobility issues.

Come and rest and relax your mind on the edge of Lagoa da Barra. The lagoon, the Mampituba River and the sea await you! Stay in a rustic cabin for up to 4 people. On the mezzanine: 1 double bed and 1 single mattress. Ground floor: 1 sofa bed in the living room, 1 bathroom and kitchen. Ideal for peace and contact with nature.
