It is a private apartment on the ground floor, within a courtyard with more units for rent, where my family also lives. It is a quiet and safe environment. The space is 500 meters from the Praia da Cal beach and 500 meters from the Praia da Guarita portico. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed + a single sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. We have parking ONLY DURING THE NIGHT, in a closed and safe courtyard, but it is not covered. APTO HAS ROOM FOR UP TO 3 PEOPLE, WHETHER CHILDREN OR ADULTS.

It's a spacious and comfortable studio! 30 m2, well-lit and with amenities. Located at the back of the owners' residence but with a separate entrance. Located 400 metres from Praia dos Molhes and 100 metres from the Gastronomic Route. There are utensils for preparing small meals, but if you prefer, the best restaurants in the city are close by!

This edicule has been used by the family for years and today I make it available so that guests can feel at home. We have 2 bedrooms with a double bed and fan, a compact but super well-equipped kitchen, with air-conditioning and fan, a living room with a 32" TV, a service area with a barbecue grill, washing machine and sink.
