It is a private apartment that is on the ground floor, inside a patio with more rooms for rent where I live with my family. It is a quiet and safe environment. The space is 500 meters from Cal Beach and 500 meters from the Guarita Beach portico. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed + a single sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. We have parking ONLY AT NIGHT, in a closed and secure patio, but it is not covered. THE APARTMENT IS SUITABLE FOR UP TO 3 PEOPLE, WHETHER CHILDREN OR ADULTS.

Great location for those who are going to go hot air ballooning! A property with high ceilings and beautifully decorated to accommodate our guests. It's a spacious and comfortable studio! 30 m2, well-lit and with amenities. Located at the back of the owners' residence but with a separate entrance. Located 400 metres from Praia dos Molhes and 100 metres from the Gastronomic Route. There are utensils for preparing small meals, but if you prefer, the best restaurants in the city are close by!

This edicule has been used by the family for years and today I make it available so that guests can feel at home. We have 2 bedrooms with a double bed and fan, a compact but super well-equipped kitchen, with air-conditioning and fan, a living room with a 32" TV, a service area with a barbecue grill, washing machine and sink. We're very close to the sea. We offer bed and bath linens, and the garage is closed and private for guest use. You'll have a great time here. We accept small pets.
