Ideal for 2 people, but there are single mattresses in the living room, which can accommodate two more people. The television is in the bedroom, but can be placed on the counter in the living room.

The apartment is 250 meters from the most charming beach: Prainha. It has 3 large suites with fan and a sofa bed in the living room for two children. We have indoor garage for 2 cars and in the courtyard there is a portable barbecue for use. Also, beach chairs are available. Just get in, leave the car in the garage and go down two blocks to the edge of the beach to enjoy what Torres have better or spend at Infinity Imobiliária Digital and get a free bike for sightseeing.

It has hot and cold air conditioning, TV in the living room with Sky HD with football, movies, etc. (almost complete package) and also TV in the bedroom, microwave, Airfryer, barbecue. Tenth floor. Building with laundry (paid), gym, ballroom and rooftop pool (closed from 9/15 to 11/10). In the best location, where everything happens, next to Praça XV and 300m from Prainha. Everyone is welcome.
