We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

Die Ferienwohnung ist im 2023/24 neu renovierten Dachgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten großen Hauses ( nach einen Großbrand 2022 im Haus wurde alles von Grund auf saniert) . Sie ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und bietet viel Platz auch für Familien mit Kindern. WLAN, TV und eine Spielecke gehören zur Ausstattung. Ebenso eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Hunde können mitgebracht werden, es gibt zwei Katzen im Haus: Mimi und Sally.

Newly refurbished premium top floor flat near the historic city centre of Hilpoltstein. It is close to parks, lakes, supermarkets, restaurants and dining. Only a short walk away from the world famous Challenge Roth triathlon. 20 minutes drive to Nuremberg. Our place is very cosy, it is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We offer a welcome pack to our guests, coffee, tea and biscuits. Dear travelers, my place can accommodate up to 7 to 8 people. The apartment offered has on its first floor a kitchen with all dishes, a small bathroom with shower, a seating area with TV, beds and a small dining area. There are more beds on the upper floor. Outside there is a terrace with a small garden and fence suitable for dogs. The entire property is located on a property with a small farm.
