This 30 square meter mezzanine studio is equipped with a fridge, 2 induction stoves, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), washing machine, TNT TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The small bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet. The mezzanine bedroom has a 140 bed and a closet. Baby crib on request.

It is located in a peaceful and easily accessible area with all amenities within 5 minutes (food store and bakery). The garden is fenced. Guests can enjoy the activities, villages and nature that the Landes has to offer.

The 180m² house is located in a quiet area of the village of Bégaar. Completely renovated, it is very pleasant to live in and consists of 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, heated pool, sauna, terrace, veranda, laundry room, free Wi-Fi throughout the house. A play area for little ones as well as a tennis and pétanque court are accessible in front of the house. 35 minutes from the ocean by car.
