45m2 apartment, front Sea, very close to the Grande Plage, completely refurbished in March 2021. It offers you a bright living room/lounge with an amazing sea view opening onto a south-west facing balcony. You can enjoy sunny afternoons and sumptuous sunsets over the sea. An open and friendly kitchen. A bedroom with sea view and a bathroom with wc. You can park your car in the secure garage. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included.
