High quality materials were used and the finish is in a modern / Industrial style with steel and woord but has kept its cosy character. The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the woods are nearby. Radboud University and the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN) can also be reached by bicycle within a few minutes.

Welcome to our charming guest house in Malden, located close to various forest and nature areas such as the Mookerheide, Hatertse Vennen, Kraaijenbergse Plassen, the Ooijpolder and the Reichswald. The centre of Nijmegen is about a 15-minute drive away. A bus stop with a direct bus connection to Nijmegen Station and Radboudumc is 75 metres from our house. Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are in walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive away.

We rent out a fully furnished Tinyhouse. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Coffee and tea are on the house. Breakfast is optional (€12.50 p.p.) The Garden House is a nature house. It is in the back of our garden. It is fully insulated and equipped with heating. There is a terrace in front of the Tuinhuis. The street is a protected village view and the garden is a protected landscape garden. We live 15 minutes by bike from the city center of Nijmegen.
