Seth was great with clear instructions on how to find the house and parking on site. The apartment is close to 8th street and was perfect for the farmer’s market. One thing to note are the stairs up to the apartment. For a member in our group, this was a challenge. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend!

Great house with character in a good location. Tiny walk to a playground, park, and lakeside trails. Longer walk or tiny drive to downtown Holland. It's definitely a real family's vacation house, not some real estate shell company flop house. Comfortable and cheery on a nice block.

Lisa is a top notch hostess! We mistakenly arrived a day early! I know, how is that even possible, right? 😂 We made a mistake lol! We were in town to celebrate of 5th wedding anniversary. Lisa was so sweet! She tried to help us find a place to stay nearby. The home was very clean and accommodating. Great location. We even walked a little over a mile to town to have ice cream. 🍨Our pups loved being able to romp and play in the yard. Lisa was very responsive during our entire stay. We usually come to Holland a couple of times a year and will definitely try to stay at Tulip Cottage during future visits. Thank you Lisa for making our stay a beautiful one. Blessings to you!
