Condo holiday rentals in Beech Mountain

Erin’s place was charming! Small and quaint yet modern. I loved the views from the balcony. If you’re traveling in winter or not in 4WD/AWD, you might find it a little challenging to get up the mountain. We were nervous about no A/C but the temperature drops about 10-12 degrees on the mountain. Open windows and ceiling fans were perfect. Erin was a very proactive host reminding us the day before what check out tasks needed to be done instead of trying to thumb through house rules/messages. Any time we reached out she replied almost instantly no matter what time it was. You’re not surrounded by endless activities but it’s very peaceful and all the surrounding towns are charming! I enjoyed the various restaurants we went to in Boone and Tweetsie Railroad is a must-see! Erin’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Would love to stay at her place again.

I can’t say enough about this place! The pictures do not do it justice. From the interior design, to the cleanliness, and then to the views - it’s an amazing, cozy place! My husband and I cannot wait to come back and enjoy another stay.

Wonderful stay! We had everything we needed from cooking to cleaning! Karen and Roger truly thought of all that you could need to feel like you’re right at home. Location was conveniently placed from Beech Ski Resort (2 min drive) and a grocery store (local - 5min or Food Lion - 20min drive) . Parking is limited so no more than two vehicles and all wheel drive is recommended during snowy/rainy seasons.

Wonderful visit and host. Communicative, clear instructions and prompt. Very convenient to the slopes. Out the back door, about a 40 yard walk down a slightly steep slope, over a small creek, then right on the Carolina Caribbean green / bunny run. The walk itself takes a total of 8 mins and could be done with our 10 and 7 year olds with a little patience and help :-)

Kevin’s place impressed us. It’s nicer than the pictures. Really cute, cozy quiet. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice TVs. Nice view! Wake up feeding the deers was lovely! We will go back for sure!

Brady was great! Perfect place for the downhill bike race.

If you are coming to Beech Mtn to visit the resort, this is literally right across the street from it. We were there for biking and it was so easy to get to the resort, to the Emerald Outback, and Rocky Knob. Loved it.

My family and I stayed during App State graduation weekend. I stay in Airbnb's quite often and this was one of the best I've ever stayed in. I appreciated the lovely decor, working fireplace, CLEANLINESS, comfort of the beds and shower pressure and cozy furniture. The unit is shared in same structure with other apartments and all occupants were quiet and respectful. The view is beautiful. We enjoyed the amenities such as board games and good books. We also cooked a lot and found everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen. Thank you, Trevor, for sharing this lovely retreat home with us and for the kind and clear communication.

I was in town for a meeting and obvi the hotel options were limited. Andrew’s place was the perfect spot to lay my head. Super quick drive, like 1 minute, into town. There is a a fantastic grocery store within 10 minutes in the next town. An amazing steakhouse within 2 minutes. Many options for other places to eat, drink, and listen to music nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very kind and accommodating host with thoughtful amenities! Easy to check in and out and the cute condo was extremely clean and inviting. We loved the friendly town of Banner Elk and will be coming back!

This was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. Not only was everything in great condition the place was spotless. I let them know it was my brothers birthday and they had a cupcake waiting for him when he arrived. It was close to a lot of hiking and walking trails and would have been a perfect location if it was winter and we were skiing as well. Harmony was super responsive and her details for checking in and checking out made everything so smooth. I will book here again.

Thomas was incredibly warm and attentive, making my stay unforgettable. The place was serene, spotless, and peaceful, offering a perfect, relaxing retreat.

Absolutely loved the building. We needed a place that allowed our dog and us to have a place to eat and cook during our downtime. The back yard is HUGE which allowed the dog to run and play while we had our campfire. The fireplace inside made me feel right at home. The kitchen was stocked and the dish washer saved me a lot of time. The view alone should make you want to stay here! Sunsets were beautiful. Parking was limited… I found it difficult to park my truck.

Fabby's place was awesome! It's a perfect one bedroom, one bath AirBnb with a pull-out couch. It was completely stocked with whatever we needed and was super clean and comfortable. The surroundings were beautiful- what gorgeous views we had! The covered outdoor porch is huge and perfect for hanging out and enjoying the outdoors. Fabby was very responsive and flexible with our checkout time, which I really appreciated. We were allowed to have our 2 small dogs there, which was great. I would highly recommend staying there. It was amazing!!

Whitney was very personable, couldn’t figure out the gate and she took a personal call without hesitation to help. So close to all the great places in town.we will be back.

The view was breathtaking. The room was clean, neat and tidy. Space was a little tight, but it worked. Having the box fan because there wasn't AC was a definite plus. Appliances and kitchen were clean and well organized.

We had a wonderful stay! This place had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we looked for, and the K-cups were a great touch, starting the day with a fresh cup of coffee was perfect. The mattress was comfortable, and we slept well, with plenty of covers to keep us warm when the temperatures dropped. Being so close to the slopes made our stay even better. Such a cozy and welcoming place, we will definitely be back!

I had a great month long early spring stay at this mountainside studio condo with beautiful mountain and valley views. The unit was clean, comfortable, relaxing, and was perfect for my very simple needs. There are many on site and nearby (non-ski season) mountain hiking trails and quiet neighborhood road walking routes. I appreciated having access to the heated indoor pool and fitness room in the community clubhouse. Overall, a wonderful spot for anyone looking to enjoy the mountains!

This is our second stay at Nicole's place. Five-star accommodations - squeaky clean, super comfortable beds, and we appreciate all the extra amenities (coffee, snacks, spices, etc.). The deck is the perfect place for a morning coffee or evening meal. Can't beat the location as you can walk to town, the outlet mall, and the trails at Cone Manor Park.

What a great place! Also the host was very kind and great communication! Very nice place and only 10 minutes from Sugar Mountain. Wonderful amenities including pool, hot tub, sauna, library, shop, workout room etc etc. Only (potential) issue which is no fault of the owners is that this is a large 10 story condo complex. On busy days, especially around the weekend it can get very busy during check in and check out and you have to park outside of the guard shack and get shuttled back to the condo. Again, we didn’t really have much of a hang up but others did-just something to keep in mind. Fantastic place, and well equipped! Thank you again!

Just took my young girls there for their first time skiing and it was a great experience! Ian was very responsive and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place and I look forward to going back! The views and accommodations were amazing!!

We had another great stay at Retreat on the Ridge! Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. The view is unbeatable and always our favorite part of our stay!
