What a wonderful introduction to Ireland! Julia lives in a truly beautiful place and the Stables were perfect. We were only 2 but it could accommodate 4 easily. We had a very warm welcome and everything had been thought out from the pillows with different firmness to the extra milk and chocolate left for us to be able to make a cup of tea before we made it to the shops. Thank you - we will definitely be back!

Great location if you are travelling for a wedding at Rathsallagh Country House. It was only a 5-7 minute taxi at the end of the night. The place was very clean and Francis was very responsive

Staying at the Bog Man's Rest was a wonderful experience. Brian was away during my stay, but his Dad, Paddy, who runs the pub next door, was a friendly and helpful host, helping with questions on how to lock the AirBnB door, answering questions about Irish culture, and pouring the best pints of Guinness I've ever had. The bed was quite comfortable, the water heater was easy to use, and the surrounding countryside was beautiful. If you're looking for a home base in Co. Kildare and want to experience a living, breathing, family-owned pub and grocer loved by the community, stay here! One note - I think the accommodations are sized for an individual or couple (or maybe with one small child). The guest house is grand, but it might be tight for a family, and I only say that as I would stay with my family if we could fit (I was by myself). You won't go wrong here! Plus, Kildare town is only a 10 min drive away, so you're near the old historical town, shops, and more.

Martina's cosy home is Absolutely a hidden Gem, its so extremely quiet & Peaceful, its everything you could possibly need & such a Beautiful cosy home, I cannot recommend this place enough & the bed is Absolutely So comfy, Martina is an Excellent Host & has Beautiful gardens, I look forward to coming back again soon😊
