Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

In the immediate vicinity are the "Haus am See" [Lake House], a SAMsDIVING diving base, the beautiful Graefenthal Abbey, a nature reserve with several lakes and forest. Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are in walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive away.

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.
