You will be ideally located 17 minutes from Angers, 45 minutes from Nantes, 2 km from shops, 4 km from a swimming pond (supervised in summer).

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

The gîte has a ground floor accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). After opening our first gîte "Aux 3 ruisseaux" in 2021, we are opening this 2nd gîte in 2025: "Au soleil levant". The gîte sleeps 8.
