The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The house consists of 5 bedrooms with 180x200 beds and one bedroom with 2 90x200 bunk beds. Sheets are provided, it's up to you to make your beds. You have at your disposal a small swimming pool and 14 sunbathing, an umbrella, a BBQ and some outdoor games. In order for you to enjoy a clean and pleasant pool, a person can come by at any time for maintenance.
