We spent very pleasant days. The house was perfectly furnished, we lacked nothing. Balcony and living room offer a beautiful south view of the meadows and fields in front of the house. The quiet location in the small village invites you to take small and large hikes. If you get in the car, you can reach the well-known sights of the Rhön in 10 to 30 minutes, such as the Milsburg, the Wasserkuppe, the black moor, Bishofsheim and the Gangolfsberg. We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids under the age of 8. We enjoyed the house, activities in the park and the little lake. The house was very comfortable and modern. Perfect stay for 2 families.

A dream of a house! Everything went great! After all the years we traveled with AirBnb, this was truly the best equipped and prettiest house we've ever stayed in. All previous reviews didn't exaggerate! You can really use everything and feel at home from the first minute. The check-in was extremely uncomplicated, as was the checkout. Don't forget to visit the landlord's shop - it's just super chic!!!! The only drawback is that there is actually no bakery or supermarket or the like within walking distance in Mittelaschenbach itself. Bicycle or car are mandatory for errands... but the house can't do anything about it. All in all, we had a fantastic stay despite the construction site on the neighboring grounds (the landlords can't do anything for that) and quite clairaudient walls! Thank you again for the relaxed adjustments regarding people, 😊 we will be happy to come back!

Very nice cottage with private hot pot and sauna. Good for relaxing in the evening. Absolute highlight. Very tidy and welcoming.

The absolute highlight is the wellness area with pool, sauna and solarium under absolute privacy. The 2 hours agreed daily for the benefit of this area are completely sufficient. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the A7, so it is also very easy to reach. However, the noise of the A7 is audible, with the infinite bird concert from all corners covering this noise. When the door and windows are closed, you don't hear it, so it doesn't bother sleep. Wifi comes from the main building and is relatively weak. There's another guest wifi, as seen on Airbnb, but it's not working. I couldn't understand why the wifi distributor in the bedroom should serve. The phone number on Airbnb is not working Communication via text is flawless. Response in seconds and always positive. I wouldn't call the appartment dirty. However, a thorough cleaning in corners and edges seems long overdue.

I am so grateful that I was able to stay with Hannelore at such short notice. She welcomes you with a warmth and friendliness that makes you feel comfortable right from the start. If I had any questions, Hannelore was always helpful and was able to give me a very easy stay. I fell a little in love with the small town of Grebenau. Thanks for everything!!! I'd love to come back. ❤️

Thomas’s place is located in the quiet countryside not too far away from a major city. The place was nice and tidy. The host was very responsive and polite. Thank you for a nice stay.

Beautiful weekend home from the first minute. Communication with Rebecca and Philipp was straightforward and cordial. The house was perfect for 9 adults: many cozy corners to play, chat, read or even work. Great amenities! The surroundings are an inexhaustible hiking paradise. You definitely need a car to get there and to go on excursions. We will be happy to come back!

A truly idyllic spot in a region that is far too little known, and where you can hike wonderfully. The holiday home is a typical "dacha" or garden house, surrounded by nature, absolutely quiet, with a veranda for sitting outside, a barbecue and extensive facilities. Lovingly furnished inside with everything you need (and fast internet!) Four-legged travel companions were also thought of and can feel comfortable (completely fenced property). Denise was always available via chat, everything on site worked like clockwork. We will be happy to come back.

Sabine is a great host and the place is great. We stayed here for the second time, and when we look for a place in the same location, we will definitely stay with Sabine again. I recommend it to everyone! 😊

The house was rented by our employees for the duration of their work in the area. This is another stay at Eva's and once again everything was as described – the facility is clean, well equipped and prepared for arrival. The employees were satisfied with the conditions of their stay. Contact with the host as always trouble-free and fast. We are fully satisfied – thank you and we definitely recommend it!

We had a very nice weekend at Alicia's place. We felt very comfortable in the cozy and super clean half-timbered cottage. We enjoyed the proximity to the center of the city ( restaurants, bakery,...) very much.

Great house. Very well equipped. You can start many excursions directly from the front door. Pascal is very helpful and everything worked out great. We'd love to come back in winter for cross-country skiing.

The accommodation was as described, a little cool due to the basement location, but since it was hot anyway, it was good. The amenities were absolutely sufficient, the check-in went quickly and I was personally shown the parking lot and the accommodation.

We stayed for 3 nights in Carolin's house. The quiet location, away from all the hustle and bustle, has brought us here. As city dwellers, we enjoyed the peace and the beautiful surroundings on long hikes. The place was as described. Everything was clean and perfect for us. Carolin was friendly and helpful in contact with us. Thank you for the relaxing stay in the great house. We can only recommend it 😊👌🏻

We had a very nice extended weekend in the forest cottage. The communication with Lena in advance and also during our stay was super uncomplicated and friendly. The house is very cozy, we felt completely comfortable!

The accommodation is top! Very well and modern equipped, clean and furnished as shown in the photos. Communication with the owners is also quick and detailed. Only the cleaning fee of €100 is quite high, but we had to bring our own bed linen, clear the dishwasher and empty the garbage cans ourselves. Checking the electricity meter itself is also recommended (own measurement was 50% less kwh). But definitely recommended.

House was beautiful and private - were warmly welcomed with homemade jam. The property is perfect for visiting Vellmar and Kassel. The bathroom was new and sparkling clean and soft towels were also available. The house has been decorated with fresh tulips from their own garden. Kitchen was super equipped (unfortunately we did not find any cutting boards). The wifi was a bit sporadic but everything was great :)

The vacation home was extremely child-friendly. There was plenty of space to play, a safe environment and child-friendly amenities that made the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness was also excellent – all rooms were well maintained and tidy. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely recommend the vacation home!

The five of the girls felt very comfortable in the place. We had everything we needed. Even for cooking elaborate meals. The house is totally beautifully located at the end of the village and from there you can walk directly behind the house to the first "local mountain". It is also only a few minutes to the marketplace with restaurant and ice cafe. We had it fantastically quiet here, although there is even being built across the street, or an old half-timbered house is restored. The corner has something very picturesque. The beds were comfortable and two bathrooms with two showers and toilets perfect for us. We were even able to enjoy the sun on the terrace and in front of the house in early April. Thanks again to Manja !!! And also for the great tip with the harbor restaurant, which is only a few minutes away in Wanfried. Also highly recommended!

I would be happy to recommend the Auszeithaus! We had a nice weekend in Kleinern. In the charming and idyllically situated half-timbered house, you will feel at home. The house has been lovingly renovated and furnished.
