Our stay was lovely, and if we return to the Preston area, we will definitely stay here again. The place is so charming—we especially loved the history of the building and the beautiful brick wall. The host was amazing—so responsive and communicative. Plus, the central location made it easy to walk anywhere we needed to go.

Amazing stay! John and Chelsey were great hosts and were extremely communicative throughout our booking. The cabin is so cute and perfect for couples and families with plenty of entertainment. Wish we got to stay longer at this place!

We stayed a month at Benson’s place and from the minute we arrived, we were overwhelmed with beautiful views. The home in itself is so cozy and comfortable. Plenty of space for a big family to spend time together or not 🤭 … The kitchen was well stocked with so many items for home cooked meals. Mike’s Market was just up the road which was very convenient. We would definitely recommend Benson’s place to anyone looking to visit this beautiful town! Thank you so much Benson! We appreciate your kind response to an issue we caused. This was the perfect place! It overlooked beautiful Bear Lake plus had the mountains behind it. It was so quiet and peaceful and we saw deer everyday. We loved the coastal vibes it gave with the house views, decorations and large open windows. We were able to see beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We loved the layout of the house as well!
