This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.

our party of four only stayed one night but we loved it! It was exactly how it was described and check in was easy. I personally love country homes so it was refreshing to have peace and quiet; enjoying the sounds of crickets. The place was very clean and plenty of room for everyone to have their privacy, comfortable beds as well. we would gladly stay again but would probably stay longer next time.

We only spent one night there on Father’s Day but felt like we were there several days. Very peaceful and relaxing. If you like something a little different near Sioux Falls I highly recommend staying here.
