This former stone shepherd’s house, fully renovated in 2024, is located at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, surrounded by vineyards. You will be charmed by the tranquility of the property while remaining close to local amenities. The house features a large sun-drenched terrace, ideal for outdoor dining, as well as a beautiful swimming pool.

Accessible through a common courtyard to the owners' house, this apartment has its own private garage and independent entrance. It is a 2-minute walk to the center of the village. It has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed that converts to a 160 bed, a bedroom with a 160 bed as well, a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower. Access is via a staircase, so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Ideal starting point for hiking or biking.

Cozy cottage with pool

Cozy and quiet place for a family. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and in the living room, a sofa bed can be used as a bed. Possibility to set up a baby bed for your child up to 3 years old. The pool and garden are shared with my mother's house (Maria). The pool is secure. The cottage has air conditioning, and electric roller shutters. The yard is fenced. My mother lives next door for any questions you may have during your stay.

In the village of Beaumes-de-Venise, this detached house of 2 floors with terrace and patio will offer you all the amenities for a pleasant stay at the foot of the lace of Montmirail. Completely renovated in 2022, this bright 65 sqm house has an equipped kitchen, a large living room with dining and leisure areas (television, fiber) and a 30 sqm south-west facing terrace. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom (walk-in shower).

At the end of a hamlet, Boa Vista is a bright semi-troglodyte shepherd’s cottage: stone, wood, terracotta tiles… and rock right into the bathroom. A green haven with total peace, a sheltered terrace and a wraparound balcony. In summer: private above-ground pool and outdoor shower. Naturally cool in summer, cosy by the wood stove in winter. Beaumes is about 3 km away. “A mineral cocoon to slow down and recharge.”
