Absolutely fantastic location, with fantastic scenery nearby. Had some wonderful walks, literally behind the property. The BBQ area was fantastic like the hot tub. I can’t say much more, but I will be looking to return ASAP Matthew is a fantastic host and nothing seems to be too much of a problem. Loved the place, oh and the Highland cows are awesome.

Second time we have stayed here, will make it a third sometime in the future. Great cottage and location

A beautiful, spacious cottage. We spent a comfortable 4 days in the most idyllic setting, with the river Nairn at the end of the garden. The cottage has everything you could need, even including towels for the hot tub! The bedrooms are large and the beds extremely comfortable. The children loved the farm and looking at the animals. We will definitely return!

Such a beautiful little get away with so many little hidden gems nearby! Was quiet 24/7 and we loved the peace and the amount of sun the garden and hot tub got. Such a cosy cottage and made us feel at home straight away, worth the drive! Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️

The house was wonderful - we were delighted with both the location and with the property. The house was immaculate, and beautifully furnished with some really lovely pictures and objects throughout. The rooms were all good-sized and bright with the kitchen/dining area overlooking the garden a real standout. It was very well maintained and it felt like a proper home from home. The location was really lovely too - nice and quiet with a very short walk to the beach. We particularly enjoyed our walks around the area and along to Chanonry Point to look for the dolphins. A local pub and a lovely restaurant were close by too which was a bonus! Our host, Eva, provided us with clear and concise information prior to our arrival and messaged us a couple of times during our stay to make sure that all was in order. This was very much appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend the property to others, and we certainly plan to visit again!

Lovely place , super clean with everything you would ever need for a short/long stay .super responsive when messaged too ! What a great place ! Only issue is parking on and off the drive can be super tight due to the neighbours parking outside the drive other than that what a place !

Truly “off grid” in the literal sense! It runs on batteries and a generator!! Despite it not having wifi we all had great 4G so never felt truly disconnected thankfully. It’s such a private place with literally nobody for a square mile or more probably. I would say in the winter you will need a 4x4 to access as it’s a mile down a dirt track! Amazing place and can’t wait to revisit :)

This place saved our holiday! We were camping in the Cairngorms and ended up with a catastrophic failure of our tent on the second night. Booked this beautiful cottage at 3:30am and checked in just over 12 hours later! Communication from Laura was fab, and she was always on hand with any queries we had. Delightful little cottage, and the bonus of a hot-tub and sauna made for a very different holiday than we had planned in a soggy tent. Would highly recommend, and would certainly look to go back if we stay in this part of Scotland again

The studio was perfect for a short relaxing break, very comfortable and homely in a beautiful location. The weather turned out better than forecast which was a bonus to take in some lovely walks in Glen Affric, as well as the regular local market.

We had a wonderful stay, the cottage is gorgeous and cosy - we felt so at home! Everything was pristine and excellently equipped. The location is remote with beautiful views of the surrounding fields and hills, and allows you to completely switch off. We loved every moment, already scheduling in a return :)

lovely cottage in a beautiful but convenient setting. Very peaceful, little traffic in evening. Nice woodland walk behind house for dogs, the enclosed garden was also appreciated. Very neat and tidy, would definitely recommend as a delightful holiday location.

We stayed here for two nights before our return to the states to relax from our three weeks in Scotland. Pictures do not do it justice. So close to restaurants and pubs in town and the beach. Small lovely town and everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Next time I will spend more time here!

We had a wonderful time in Inverness at Richard’s place. I wish we had booked it for a longer period of time. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Wonderful restaurants nearby.

A lovely stay at Blaeberry Cottage. It had everything I needed for a 3 night stay, very well equipped and very clean. A lovely garden for the dog to roam around. Would definitely recommend!

We had a short but very pleasant stay at the Wee Cottage. Beautiful surroundings in a secluded location. Perfect place to relax and explore the Loch Ness.

Caroline and George were very accommodating hosts - the cabin is a lively place to stay for 2 people, can’t recommend it enough. We got a short tour on arrival, and felt right at home. The bed was super comfy, fully stocked kitchen with a comfy living room space. There are some nice walks in the area and the black water river/stream runs right outback, the falls are also walkable/nearby. We plan on coming again some time!

Great quiet place, beautiful surroundings of nature, just a quick drive from Loch Ness. David was very nice and helpful.

Amazing escape from the busy world. We loved the calm environment at the bothy and the wildlife in the surroundings. Spending some days without permanent electricity and cooking on the Rayburn was a great experience to slow down during holidays

What a treat this house is! Charlotte's house was immaculately clean, cosy but not cramped, actually felt a lot bigger than the photos. Absolutely stunning location, with the sea to your left, very cute sheep and cows as neighbours, every other direction decorated with forest, moors, untouched nature. We greatly appreciated the spices and small touches which helped us feel very comfortable during our short stay. Will definitely stay again! Thank you so much for having us!

very comfortable accomodation,, well equipped with everything we could have needed. Shirley left a lovely welcome basket and showed us around upon arrival. it was very peaceful and we felt right at home there. The house was beautifully clean, the bed was comfortable and the rooms were all quite spacious. we chose not to carry our suit cases up the stairs as they are quite steep and narrow but if you just have a travel bag or backpack they are not a problem.

What a wonderful place! The apartment is incredibly modern but cozy, well insulated and has the most amazing views. We'd come visit again in a heartbeat!

lovely stay and great base to explore from. bathroom is on the ground floor and bedroom is on the first floor which was unexpected but not a problem. quiet and safe area, easy parking and spacious home.

I loved my stay here - Andrew was very responsive and it was great to know there was someone nearby if I had any issues. Beautiful quiet, peaceful setting - birdsong, owls, pretty gardens and nearby forest. There was a lovely home baked loaf of bread and homemade jam on arrival which was really kind. Will definitely be back again!
