Living and sitting room with fireplace on the first level, then the bedroom and a semi opened bathroom with a lighted bath and shower. A magic and romantic accommodation right in the middle of the old village of Eze famous for its hand craft its art galleries, its restaurants and the exotic garden at the top. An amazing view !!!

The fully refurbished apartment is a 3-min. walk from the train station and a 5-min. walk from the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries. It is quiet with a view on the park. Two balconies allow the morning and afternoon sun to light up the rooms. Open dressings are fitted in both bedrooms and at the entrance. The washing machine and dryer are in a separate small room. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave & dishwasher. Private parking on the premises (4m60 max)

Isidore's house

Isidore's house, located between Nice (15 km) and Monaco (8 km) is part of our house with a separate entrance that is totally independent. The air-conditioned duplex includes a fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor. In front of the entrance, a small table allows you to eat in the shade of the wisteria. Upstairs, one bedroom and one bathroom are accessed by a small staircase. A bay window in the bedroom gives access to a terrace with a beautiful sea view of the bay of Eze.
