Independent studio of 27 m2 located in a wooded and peaceful park. We would like to point out that the room is on a mezzanine with a fairly steep staircase access (see attached photo). Possibility to walk around a large pond, or we provide a boat for a relaxing time on the water. 3 min drive to Beaulieu sous la Roche (bakery, supermarket...), 25 min to Les Sables d'Olonne and its beaches, 1 hour to Puy du Fou and access to the Chemin du GR at the gates of the studio

Take a break in the quiet countryside of Beaulieu-sous-la-Roche in a 2-room apartment completely refurbished in 2023. The living room has a fitted kitchen, a sitting area with sofa bed and a small wood stove that gives a warm atmosphere to the room. Bathroom with toilet, attached to the bedroom which includes a double bed. Private outdoor area with garden furniture. The rest of the exterior is still being developed.

5 minutes from the train station, stay for business and leisure travel in our comfortable accommodation. We will welcome you for stays of 2 nights minimum during the week.
