We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

Condo is nicely kept. Great location with pool and beach views. Short walk to beach. Several options for outdoor activities. Would recommend asking host for code to the pool prior to arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Sawyerbean! The house is a nice, older Edisto beach house and had everything we needed. It was right across the street from the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. Our relaxing vacation even included soft blankets and some waste bags for our French bulldog. She really loved being a beach babe!

Great stay in Edisto! The pictures on this location are exact. The location is easy to find and access to the beach is just a short walk away. Check-In was simple with just a keypad and we loved the fact that we didn’t have to keep up with a key. There is a fabulous screened porch to sit and enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the birds. The house is also adequately furnished with ALL the basics and then some. We took advantage of the gas grill and had everything we needed. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable and the wifi was excellent! There were even little boxes of puppy poo bags that were well stocked for our fur baby, located at the front and back of the house for convenience! There is a fire pit but we didn’t use that. It was nice to know we could though. When we arrived there were several deer just hanging out right behind the house around the fire pit! Our host, Kristy, is amazing! She did not hesitate to answer all of our questions promptly. Thanks, Kristy

We had never been to Edisto Island it was very relaxing , beautiful surroundings , easy walk or bike ride to the beach ! Edisto is a great place to get away and relax. The house was comfortable and looked just like the pictures . If you’re looking to relax at the beach get away from your busy life , slow down , then Edisto is your place !

This home will for sure stay saved on my airbnb account for future stays in HHI! Honestly the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The house is even better than the pictures. Lin is the BEST host! So sweet, personal, and responsive leading up to our trip and while we were there. She left us some goodies, which we thoroughly enjoyed! Her house is stocked with everything you could need and more. I’ve never stayed at a beach house with so many beach chairs available for guest. The roof top patio is so cool, great hang out spot with beautiful views! The house set up and location was perfect for our stay for my bachelorette weekend. Memories made we will never forget!

Wonderful stay! Excellent hosts. Appreciated the thorough instructions and reference materials for the house. Everything was exactly as advertised on the listing. Well decorated and comfortable with ample space. The house was in a good location within Palmetto Dunes - very easy walk to the beach and great bike trails throughout the community. My husband and I traveled with teenage daughters and we would highly recommend this AirBNB to families. This is a fantastic spot for a vacation in Hilton Head!

Alecia was a great host. She responded quickly to questions and resolved a minor problem as soon as possible. The inside of the home was immaculate! There was a great supply of extra bed linens and towels .The appliances were superior. We were able to squeeze 6 cars between the garage and gravel driveway. The home appears to have more parking than most. We would love to come back.

My family of 6 stayed at the The Grace Calire for our Spring Break vacation a couple weeks ago. I cannot recommend this house enough! The location is perfect with short walks to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The house itself looked exactly like the photos and did not disappoint! The house was very clean, had a game room that my kids loved and also had a backyard full of things to do! The pool was very nice and my kids enjoyed swimming in it every day all day and night! There was a slight issue one day with the pool but Michelle and Nikki were extremely responsive and spent time out of their day to find a resolution ASAP, which I'm sure was no easy task since it was on a Sunday. If you are looking for a place to stay at that is in a great location, has an abundant amount of things to do just at the house alone, is very clean, and has hosts who excel at the definition of client service, this is the house you want to book! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Thank you SO MUCH to Abigail for this amazing stay. This air BNB was perfect for my group of guys for my bachelor trip. It was close to everything we love to do (Golf, fish etc...). The neighborhood was nice and peaceful, and all of the neighbors were great. The home itself is absolutely amazing. Plenty of space for everyone with a great layout. The pool and hot tub just take it over the top. We spent lots of time just relaxing in the backyard taking in the day. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in hilton head!! It is rare that the description and pics exceed the expectation. But this time it totally did! We found Mark’s place to be extremely comfortable and not lacking for much of anything. The location was perfect for day outings to the beach or a round of golf. Mark is a fantastic host! We had some minor issues due to a tropical storm and minor maintenance issues. Mark took the time to make a lengthy drive to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely return on our next trip to HH!

We had a great multi-gen family vacation at this home! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, with easy boardwalk access point. The hosts provided an impressive array of beach essentials (chairs, wagons, umbrellas & beach towels) which made our beach days even more enjoyable and stress-free. The home itself was incredibly clean and thoughtfully stocked with extra touches that made a big difference (things like suitcase stands in the BRs, plenty of hangers, towels & blankets, and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for a large group). Loved the extra fridge for beverages. The layout was ideal for a big family or group of friends, giving us space to gather while also offering privacy when needed. The beds were super comfy! We appreciated the kid-friendly features — large splash area in pool, tons of games, high chair and portacrib for our grands. We highly recommend this property and the hosts, Marty & Andrea, who really went above & beyon

Absolutely beautiful home in the heart of Edisto Beach! Easy access to the bike path, directly in front of the house. Short walk to the beach, approximately 5 minutes. The backyard is so dreamy with a pristine pool, oak trees and Spanish moss shading the area. We loved our visit and hope to return!

The home was beautiful and in a beautiful location. The kids loved the pool. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us. The kids loved the bunk beds. The wagon was very convenient for the easy walk to the beach. We were not able to use the grill but there were plenty of pots and pans to cook in the kitchen.

This home was perfect get away. Nice and secluded but less than 10 minutes for the beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. Thanks again!

Great home and worked great for us! We had 9 people for a wedding and the place had plenty of room. They responded to all requests quickly and would highly recommend.

We loved staying in this beautiful home! The private salt water pool was a huge hit for our kids as well as the short walk to the beach. This home had space for everyone to spread out, but also featured a beautiful gathering area for meals and family fun. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay here. The house was in a perfect location, quiet but very close to both the beach and shopping/dining. The backyard was perfect for our little dog who is disabled. My husband found the primary bed to be uncomfortable, but I didn’t have any issues at all. We didn’t try any of the other beds though. We’re planning to book this house for next year, would definitely recommend staying here.

Greg’s house was as advertised. Plenty of space, great outdoor hangout area, and he certainly doesn’t skimp on the amenities. For the pet owners, we can confirm that it is a very pet friendly residence. All of this in addition to being a 3 minute walk to/from the beach, in a very upscale neighborhood (with friendly neighbors/guests) and within 10-15 minutes of all of the great HHI bars/restaurants/shops/golf courses/etc. Greg was very communicative in the days/weeks leading up to and during our vacation, and provided very detailed instructions (including video) for all things in and around the house. Would definitely return, thanks again to Greg for being a terrific host.

The place is very open and set up well for families! Sea Pines is a great neighborhood with plenty of different areas to explore and spend afternoons. The hosts are great, very communicative and the house is exceptional.
