Very nice and clean! Loved the beach access and the pool!

We had no issues comfortably sleeping a family of 5. Owners were very responsive and helpful. We had a great trip and would stay again in the future.

Stayed here in early April. We loved that from the main floor we were able to see the ocean through the floor to ceiling windows and watch the dolphins. Loved the open floor plan on the main floor. You could see the view from everywhere. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you could need to make light lunches or full meals. The beds were very comfortable with quality matresses. Bedrooms had plenty of dresser space. The older kids enjoyed having a large space of their own on the lower floor to hang out, play games and watch movies together while the adults were on the main floor. Even though it was early for the season there was alot to see and do in the area and the pool was already open. We loved that we were able to walk off the back deck straight to the beach along a boardwalk. It made it so easy and convenient to go back and forth when you needed a break or just wanted to go out for a short time. This will be our first choice to stay again on our next visit.

A place at the beach is a wonderful place to stay. There is great activities for families of all ages. The back room has beds for the kiddos and even a pull out couch if you want to split up the kids. The resort has incredible amenities highlighted by the outdoor pool slide. What makes this unit special over other options is the view of the pool and slide, as well as the ease and proximity to getting to the beach itself. The property has several DoorDash options as well as food trucks onsite (check with front desk on food truck schedule) which make for ease for families who want to skip cooking one night. My family of four (ages 4, and 1) had a fabulous time! This unit accommodated us very comfortably and the resort is top notch and very well maintained. I would highly recommend Paul and Deb’s Unit!

This home is beautiful and spacious, with an elevator and a great kitchen. The team at Vacasa was great in communicating with me, though I noticed some gaps in communication among their team, which led to a bit of confusion at times. That said, they were responsive and did their best to assist when needed. The journey to the property was also very interesting. I would definitely recommend this place if you're up for the adventure, but do your best to arrive prior to sundown. Lastly, none of the bedrooms have TVs, which may be a deal breaker for some. Despite all, I'd stay here again as I'm always up for the adventure🌊

We went for memorial weekend for my sons birthday vacation. The space was perfect for all of our kids plus a couple of the kids friends. It was tucked in a safe spot where the kids could play. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and not have to look for parking. We were also able to walk to the DG next door. The air hokey table was a bit plus for my kids. They played that more than any other game. We had a great time.

Shari was a great host. Communication was great and she was quick to respond. The house was comfortable for our family. The most beautiful sunsets can be seen sitting on the back porch.

We had a good stay. Texting with Vacasa was always quick although not always helpful. It seems like it might be an AI response instead of a human. Overall, we were pleased with the accommodation.

We stayed here for my sons weddinf at the Beaufort Hotel. The location was perfect - close to the hotel and close to downtown. The house is super cute, very clean and has a great at home feel. Highly recommend staying here! You won’t be sorry.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. We were able to spread out and have some alone time and family time. Beach is a 2 minute walk so if you forget anything, easy to walk back too. Lovely home and would highly recommend to everyone!! Thanks and look forward to returning!

We really enjoyed this place. Beautiful home with lots of space for my family, my parents, and my brother and his wife. Golf cart was nice and useful, and the dumb waiter was nice sending items to top floor. The rental next door had a backyard pool, so that bummed out the kids at first to watch them in it and our place not having one. However, going to community pool was right around the corner and while not huge, was pretty nice. I thought it was an awesome place to stay and would recommend it to others.

Rose & Gary’s place was well worth the price. I felt at home. She provided so much more than expected too. If I’m back to the area I will definitely stay at this location. The beds were comfy too. Everything was perfect.

This home looked even better than the pictures given! It was beautiful! Perfect for a couple or even 2 couples. It was clean, he responded quickly, and even was very polite and let us extend our stay after we saw how nice it was.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The views from this place are priceless! The kitchen is well equipped. The neighbor next-door was super nice and accommodating. It’s also a really great location. It’s just minutes from Atlantic Beach and Beaufort. The neighborhood felt very safe and was very quiet.

We stayed at Priscilla’s place to celebrate our senior graduating with a girls trip to Emerald Isle over the weekend. We had the best time. The space was so clean and felt just like home. We all slept like babies. The beds were all so comfy. We enjoyed not having to drive forever to get to the beach. I was so very thankful for the Tupperware that was in the cabinets. It made taking our snacks to the beach so much easier. The neighborhood was so quiet and conveniently located to just about anything we needed to get to. We just had everything we needed! It was a wonderful time!

Location was convenient to all of the places that we planned to visit. The Condominium was very clean and well kept. The furnishings and decor were suitable and comfortable. We would definitely consider staying there again.

We had a lovely time here and Jessica was a great host. We loved being g ocean front and the kids loved the pool since the ocean was too cold to swim in(we went in April).
