Beautiful space with all the amenities you’ll need. The host was super responsive and attentive. This was a seamless and incredible stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Denver.

Travis and wendee are by far the best hosts we’ve had so far very responsive respectful and friendly hosts 5/5 very private and homey! The location is close to local restaurants and places near the University district and downtown is only 15 minutes away! Will book again in the future

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

Great place to stay at and affordable for the area. If I had to pick the best thing, I would say that the hosts were wonderful to work with! Instructions were clear and everything is laid out in the apartment. They were super responsive to all of my questions and were willing to accommodate my personal situation. Would recommend this place for anyone that needs a one bedroom apartment in the area and I would totally stay here again!

Lovely stay from start to finish. Nanci was super helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The space is REALLY thoughtful, with every little thing you could possibly need — from the super stocked kitchen (roasting pans, every kind of appliance , etc) to several extra blankets and a zillion perfectly clean towels, you really feel at home. Jann's place was the perfect location for our week-long visit to Denver. Very close to great (and reliable) bus service to town including to Union Station (starting point of our tours to Rocky Mountain National Park and Pike's Peak), museums, restaurants, etc. Apt. was also within walking distance of more great restaurants, coffee shops, interesting stores, and an Enterprise Car Rental (which was VERY convenient). We had designated off street parking for our rental car, too, which is always welcome in a location close to the city. Apt. is in a lovely older home with lots of warmth and character. We ate most of our meals out so did not make much use of the large kitchen, but we definitely appreciated the coffee and water filter set up! Unit had modern bathroom with tons of towels, and a comfortable bed with lots of pillows, etc. There was a little noise from the upstairs unit, and the gates to the property were a bit challenging, but our stay was wonderful!

This was the best Airbnb I've stayed at in a long time. The kitchen was the most furnished I've ever seen which made cooking meals at home so much easier. The backyard was so relaxing and made a great spot at the end of the day next to the fire. There was plenty of linens, games, and pretty much anything a home away from home could have. We even appreciated their effort in the backyard grass where it was so well maintained that we didn't have to worry about our dog picking up any foxtails or stickers. To top it off, there wasn't a laundry list of chores upon checkout which made it all the more relaxing. Besides myself, it was my husband, dad, sister, brother in law, 7 year old nephew and our dog. Everyone commented on how great the place was. I would highly recommend Rebecca's place if you're staying in the area.

We loved this house! The views are truly breathtaking and the home is beautifully designed and so comfortable. Kathryn and James have really thought through the details, from the well-appointed kitchen with everything you might need to cook a fantastic meal to helpful instructional videos on the nuts and bolts, like how to use the hot tub. It was the perfect mountain retreat!

Highly recommend booking Tim's modern guest home for a wonderful stay in Denver. Tim & Johanna were excellent & responsive hosts that provided detailed instructions. My spouse and I had zero issues because provided instructions were concise, and the house was in pristine condition. I know if we had any questions they would have been answered quickly. The house was exactly as listed and well equipped. I found Platt Park a great central area for exploring the city but also charming & fun to explore on it's own. You are steps away from Broadway and a quick walk to Pearl street which are both filled with great shops and restaurants.

Love this place! Super clean!! Everything listed and photos were true to description. Check-in was a breeze and if traveling with your canine companion the backyard was amazing! Kitchen stocked with coffee, cooking spices, etc… I highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thx!

We had a great time at this location. Easily convenient location to everything we wanted to do during our trip. Bruce was helpful anytime I had a question and even left some snacks for us to enjoy. We’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone who wants something that’s centered around a few different destinations in the Denver area and especially for a Red Rocks concert.

I absolutely loved this Airbnb in Denver! The space was cozy, stylish, and immaculately clean. The location was perfect—an uber shot close to great restaurants, breweries, and downtown, yet in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was thoughtful and responsive, and every detail felt intentional, from the comfortable bed to the prompt responses . I’d definitely stay here again!

The host was really good with communication and always responded very quickly. The Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as described. It was very easy to walk to Empower Field. The parking garage was small, but other than that it was a great!!

The stay was very nice. Clean apartment and had all the amenities we needed. The only complaint would be that the mattress was quite firm.

We had an incredible stay during our trip to Denver. The house was spotless and stocked with all the essentials. With plenty of restaurants and coffee shops just a short walk away, we were able to explore the city like locals. We’d love to come back again!

This Air BnB was so lovely! Stephanie has curated such a cool space. It was easy to get everywhere I wanted to go and close to the interstates. The listing says it’s noisy, which was true, but it normally died down by 11 PM. Parking was east to find around the building. Stephanie was very flexible and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

This is such a beautiful cozy accommodations. Exactly as pictured! Super quiet, clean, great air conditioning. The bed was super comfy. Cozy linens. Super easy to access, great walkable location. Heather as a host is remarkable! Super quick to reply to questions, inquiries and she made great suggestions. Location is above a great coffee shop and nail spa. Highly recommend

Caden’s Airbnb is exactly as shown in the pictures. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. It’s easy to access and conveniently located near restaurants and points of interest. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it!
