Pleasant house close to the sea on foot (2mn) and all amenities. Lots of restaurants and cafes. Very nice and responsive host.

My husband and I spent two wonderful days here. The accommodation is in a very convenient location — close to the bus station and not far from the beach, yet in a quiet and peaceful area that’s perfect for relaxing. It’s worth noting that to get to the beach, you need to cross a railway line. There is a pedestrian bridge available, although it doesn’t appear on the map, which might make it seem further than it really is — in reality, it’s very close and easy to reach. There are also plenty of fish shops and restaurants nearby, which adds to the convenience and charm of the area. The house itself fully matched the description: clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for cooking and a comfortable stay. We were very happy with our time here. Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality — we truly appreciate it and wish them all the best!

We arrived at nighttime and had no problem finding the house. Ilda sent videos to find it and that was very helpful! The house is in a perfect location. One minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and promenade. The house is located in the woods and far enough away, so you do not hear noise. The best part is the garden! A large patio with a stone grill, tables and chairs. A hammock for napping. A lot of room for everyone. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. There was plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. to use. Clear instructions for everything. I would highly recommend Ilda's home.

Great Family Stay with a Heated Pool! We had a wonderful family trip at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for kids. Lots of space outside to run around, play any sports with the kids, grilling area and a large lounge area. The complimentary heated pool was a huge hit — our kids loved it, and it was great for relaxing as a family. Just a heads-up: the tile around the pool can be a little slippery when wet, so be cautious with little ones. Overall, a fantastic stay for a big family!

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

The location was easily accessible and we were able to park the car well. The house was spacious and clean. There are all kinds of shops nearby. A friendly host family welcomed us. We'd love to come back!

My friend and I had a lot of fun together. The fish restaurant we saw in the comments of the apartment is really very good. Everything was very nice in the apartment, we felt at home. Perfect Stay in Durrës – Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic experience staying at Emi’s Airbnb in Durrës. The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The sea view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and made every morning feel special. One of the standout features was the building itself: it had a fully functional elevator, which made coming and going with luggage so much easier. The location was also perfect for a relaxing getaway. Emi was an exceptional host—friendly, respectful, and always quick to respond. He made sure everything went smoothly during my stay, and I truly appreciated his hospitality and professionalism. fantastic place. from booking this the hosts were amazing. gave me an early check in and late check out with no hassles. sent me lots of recomendations on where to go amd eat. host was lovely when she let us in and gave us clear instructions on everything. flat was beautiful with a big comfy bed and those views ❤️. 3 minute walk to the beach and promende and a supermarket on the doorstep. restuarants and cafes all within walking distance and bus stop just round corner if u fancy a trip into the city. can not fault this place and would def return in the future.

Clean place, clear instructions on how to find the place and how to get in (the host sent a video and photos). Its close to the beach and there are plenty to do around the place. The host was super helpful and friendly and gave us many recommendations. definitely worth it and recommend!

The best apartment I've stayed in on Airbnb!

Arber spent much of the week attempting to solve mobile phone IT problems, transport and booked taxis for us. Apart from a small check out mis communication he couldn't have done more to make our holiday trouble free. A very nice helpful host.

Me and my friend Michaela loved our stay with Alban. He showed us how to get in, was friendly and attentive and gave clear instructions how to get on WiFi and things to do locally. Alban was brilliant because we experienced some wet days so he organised a car so we could go on a road trip! We really appreciated that. So the appartment is clean, well stocked with cutlery etc and the aircon was wonderful when it got stuffy. Thanks Alban for being a fantastic host! I would definitely recommend this place.
