We rent out our wonderful apartment at Durre seafront. The apartment is high located on the 5th floor with great ocean view from all windows. Perfect location at a small square where the beach and promenade meet, a few meters to swimming and walking distance to the city centre. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies and living room with open plan, elevator and high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. One balcony has sun all morning and the other until sunset.

Spacious Veranda 3 min to the beach

The apartment is located in a former pine tree forest. Fortunately some of them have survived urbanization, which give life today to the neighborhood. While you take your walk to the beach mornings, the fresh aroma of the pine trees will wake you up. The beach is quite spacious, and many bars and restaurants offer they services. L’appartamento ha una camera da dormire con due letti e una stanza dove cucinare e rilassarsi vedendo la tv, se non vi piace guardare la tv si può stare al balcone con una splendida vista sul mare.
