Holiday rentals with a patio in Beach of Durrës

lovely place,clean and very close to the beach...Fiona was such a lovely lady, friendly and very kind....worth every penny...will definitely go back.

Very nice clean and comfortable apartment, located directly in front of the beach and fabulous sunsets. All around, there are a multitude of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. The bed is comfortable and we slept very well. We loved it so much that we went back twice during our three weeks in Albania. It's a great place to take a break if you want to travel from the North to the South of the country and it's not very far from Tirana and the international airport.

Eno is a wonderful host. He picked me up and drove me to his Airbnb residence. The apartment was clean in a quiet neighborhood very close to center of the city and big market. He was available for any situation to help involving any issues around the apartment that I was not familiar with. He is very professional and ethical. I would go back myself again and I would recommend others to do the same.

Very nice apartment, just like the pictures. 🤩 It was a short walking distance from the centre (2min) where grocery stores and restaurants are located. The apartment was very nice and what was needed was in place! Xhulia & Marcelo were very nice, they gave tips on restaurants, cafes, etc. around Durres! So kind. Xhulia was very helpful with everything & Marcelo offered to drive us to the airport. Strongly recommend these as hosts and their nice apartment if you are going on holiday in Durres! ☺️

The place is steps away from the beach. Clean, tidy, has all the amenities you would need. I would definitely stay again. Vin is also very helpful!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this place in Durrës! The host was incredibly understanding, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable. I honestly can’t remember another AirBnB where I felt this satisfied. I was not treated like just another booking or a random visitor — I was treated like real guest , with genuine care and hospitality. Every issue I encountered, the host was eager to help and worked hard to find solutions. I wholeheartedly recommend this host to anyone considering a stay. You’ll feel truly welcomed and cared for here!

The house was very nice and comfy. Denis was an extremely helpful and kind host. He waiter for us nad showed the place himself. The area is nice and very near to the beach.

My husband and I spent two wonderful days here. The accommodation is in a very convenient location — close to the bus station and not far from the beach, yet in a quiet and peaceful area that’s perfect for relaxing. It’s worth noting that to get to the beach, you need to cross a railway line. There is a pedestrian bridge available, although it doesn’t appear on the map, which might make it seem further than it really is — in reality, it’s very close and easy to reach. There are also plenty of fish shops and restaurants nearby, which adds to the convenience and charm of the area. The house itself fully matched the description: clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for cooking and a comfortable stay. We were very happy with our time here. Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality — we truly appreciate it and wish them all the best!

Elio was a good host, responded quickly and came up with clear info. Problems with the wifi were solved very quickly by him. The house is complete and in a nice,quiet place. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The house has no pool but 10 minutes' walk away we could swim for free at the hotel royal g max

One of the best Airbnb’s we have ever been. Place was even more beautiful then on the pictures. Pool was amazing and beach just 100 meters walk was great. Elio was very friendly and communication was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

The accommodation is very nice, the only thing I would complain about is that we did not have a single roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, fortunately it was not acute and we went to buy our own. 😌 The place and surroundings are very quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

It was a smooth,super friendly and easy going operation with this host. The apartment itself is really neat, convenient and comfortable. The pictures you see is the real view you'll get. It made us feel welcome and it offerd peace and quiet we were looking for. The generosity and hospitality of the host is a 7 star service. You'll get more than you need. Highly recommended!

Very proactive host with detailed instructions to get inside the unit. Also great tips on restaurants nearby and things to do. Christian helped us to extend our stay in Durres at a super modern apartment after we checked out. It was last minute request and we are very grateful he can accommodate us at one of his other listings. Truly very responsive super host! Definitely recommend! Hope to visit Durres again in the future...we enjoyed our stay here! Best Gabriela

Great place to stay in Durres. About a 15-20 min walk from city center, but closer to all the good restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and visiting Gate03 for dinner. It’s totally worth it. Great views and can tan on the balcony after around 15:30 (3:30 pm). Will hopefully be staying here again!

Minus: Only real small grocery stores in the area. No bus stop near the area. Plus: Many high quality restaurants with reasonable prices in the area. Local Taxi works perfect. Donard is super friendly and takes care of everything. 2 minutes walk from the appartment to the super clean beach. Personal sunlounge and parasol at the beach for the appartment guests. Thank you soo much for the nice holiday!!

Very nice place very well located I had no trouble parking just downstairs a little hard to find but with the instructions given it's much easier the host was very responsive. The view is beautiful I was able to admire the sunrise it was fabulous thank you for everything

Arsen is a great host. Top notch apartment with all you need. The balcony is perfect for spending all day. Sunchairs and furniture makes it a great place to be in the sun as well as eating and relaxing. Water dispenser, a lot of blankets, towels etc. It’s highly recommended if you need a stress free vacation. Can not thank Arsen enough for a great stay.

We were very pleased! From landing in Tirana to departure! The hosts are very reliable, courteous and kind! The place is very clean and absolutely as described!
