Welcome to our renovated house, located in a picturesque village 3 min from Chantonnay (shopping area). Enjoy the furnished terrace, bathed in sunshine in the morning and part of the afternoon, then pleasantly shaded in the evening. The house is designed in a comfortable way for 2 people but it is possible to be 4 thanks to the convertible sofa. The house is 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, 53 minutes from the Faute sur mer, 1 hour from Les Sables d 'olonne . Self check-in. Adjacent parking spots.

The old mill A quiet and natural gîte

Located in the inner courtyard of our property, this cottage will welcome lovers of calm and nature. This old 18th century watermill, with its simple and authentic charm, is the perfect place to recharge your batteries away from the demands of the modern world. At the back of the building, you will find a terrace and a large private garden (not enclosed) of about 1500 m2 without any overlooking, bordered on one side by the river and protected on the other side by a wood.

You will appreciate the calm of nature in this cottage created in 2021 in an old farmhouse. In the heart of the forest, not far from Vendee beaches, Puy du Fou, Poitevin marsh or La Rochelle . In the summer, enjoy the pool and terrace. Baby supplies possible. Bed made upon your arrival. Towels provided. If you want to come with friends, there is the option to book the adjoining cottage "guesthouse" to share a stay together.
