The Burke Ranch Bunkhouse !

Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle? Enjoy a stay at our 3rd Generation Family Ranch that is located 3 1/2 miles East of Highway 99. We have something for everyone! You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

The Prairie Home

Settled far out in the Tallgrass Prairie of the Flint Hills, the Prairie Home provides wide and endless views from a private hilltop. All rooms in the home, which was built by local craftsmen from native limestone blocks, have huge windows which frame the natural art of the prairie. Handmade woodwork complements the extensive interior stonework. The soaring ceilings provide a backdrop for original art collected by the owners. And everywhere you look, the setting will take your breath away.

Tired of the City?

You are renting a century-old homestead house. The bathroom on the main floor, 5 beds upstairs. Extra charge for more than 2. If you are physically impaired, stairs may be challenging for you. BREAKFAST. Muffins, fruit & Good coffee! Nice propane Grill, side burner & dishes provided. Fire pit. Boat dock with chairs, sunrise! Approval req for small children. No pets, No parties. FastWIFI. Long stay disc. This is a fav for couples. If you will have visitors, we must know in advance.

Charming Cottage in Kechi

Come stay at a piece of Kechi history! This cottage was once an antique shop when Kechi was named the Antique Capital of Kansas. In the early 2000's it was renovated into a charming 2 bed 1 bath home. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood just far enough out of the city. Come experience small town living and all Kechi has to offer. Quiet mornings and fun-filed afternoons await you at this unique experience. Full kitchen, spacious rooms, cozy front and back porch, family games & a coffee bar!

Speakeasy Gameroom at Old Town

The moment you walk into the Old Town Speakeasy you'll feel like you've been transported to a different place and time. You will be surrounded with hints of the 1920's prohibition era from the pictures on the wall, the bar, and the 100-year-old billiards table. You can spread out in the game room with plenty to do including darts, pool, and of course watching your favorite game or movie on the 80-inch TV. Netflex is provided. Be sure to check out the patio and the covered cabana outside!

Middle Creek Historic Ranch

Step back in time in an 120 year old farm house. Enjoy the view of Flint Hills from the many windows, while the indoors provide you with modern conveniences. Take a walk to the creek, or just roam the Kansas prairies. In the evenings, spend time around the outdoor fire pit, listening to nature and making s'mores. It's a short drive to Strong City and Cottonwood Falls,where you can take in some local history, purchase a few antiques to take home, enjoy a meal at one of incredible eateries.

NorthShore GuestHouse LLC

If you need a vacation rental house to stay on your travels or a retreat from the stress of life to a quiet, peaceful surrounding, NorthShore GuestHouse is for you. We are in a rural setting with the nearest neighbor one mile away and out of sight. Your host couple live approximately 100 yards away. There are plenty of trees between the two houses so your privacy is assured. Be advised you will have to travel on 2 miles of gravel roads. Our place can be your “Country Home Away from Home”

For the explorers, there are plenty of gravel roads to bike, kayaks available for the pond, and plenty of fish to catch. ***Please note*** This is a dry cabin-meaning there are no water facilities inside, but there is an exterior entrance to a bathroom/shower off the main house that is available 24/7.

Grace Hill Grain Bin-A Unique Cabin by the Pond

We are looking forward to your visit at the Grace Hill Grain Bin. This distinctive spot is perfect for a weekend getaway or for an entire week stay. The unique, custom-built house was constructed in 1988 from a 45' grain bin by my father. The house has a large pond, perfect for sunset views. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy smores at the fire pit, and watching the sunset from the porch swing.

1890's Refurbished Guest House

The Lark Inn Guest House on Main is a newly refurbished 1890’s prairie house, fully furnished and ready to sleep 4+ guests ( comfortable for 4 guests but can accommodate up to 6 guests) it is a one bedroom with a sunroom and 1 bath. Don’t worry, leave everything behind . . . we have your back! This Guest house is fully equipped and ready for your stay. We accept pets but guest must get prior approval.
