I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this lovely home! Nick is a great host and ensured I had all my needs met as a guest. I will be sure to look for this listing next time I am in the area!

It only took a few steps inside to realize this stay would be something special. This space is not only beautiful but thoughtfully designed with a true sense of hygge—warm, welcoming, and effortlessly calming. As an aspiring chef who’s particular about the kitchen, I was especially impressed this kitchen. I’d seen previous reviews mentioning missing items, but I found the opposite to be true. Everything I needed was at my fingertips, from quality pans to sharp knives—clearly curated for guests who actually enjoy cooking. Mariela even checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. That level of care and communication made the entire experience seamless. The bed was incredibly comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud—and I woke up every morning to jaw-dropping views that felt like something out of a dream. It was the perfect place to reset, refocus, and feel inspired. Truly one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had.

Allen’s place is exactly what I love about Airbnb—those one-of-a-kind stays that offer something you’d never find at a typical hotel. Tucked away like a little oasis in a city that has completely transformed around it, the home reminded me of the movie Up. It felt like a hidden gem. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, the guinea fowl wandering the yard, and the garden bursting with flowers—my mother-in-law enjoyed taking close-up photos of the blooms. Allen also shared thoughtful touches like family history in a photo album and a binder, which made the experience feel even more personal. Communication was excellent throughout, and check-in was smooth and easy. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I’d absolutely stay here again.

We were extremely satisfied. There were amenities available we did not take advantage of due to our lack of time. We checked in late as our flight came in late. It was close to the airport yet very quiet neighborhood.. but within blacks were restaurants and shopping. If you just wanted to get groceries and head back the kitchen had what you needed to make a meal. The host always answered questions quickly.. If in the area again we would not hesitate to stay again.

Super comfortable home, the bed could not have been any more comfortable! Ryan was so quick to respond when we had a question. We loved sitting outside on the porch area that overlooked the neighborhood drinking our morning coffee. We will definitely stay at Ryan’s again when we visit Sandpoint! He was a perfect host!

This was such a wonderful gem. Never having been to this area I took a chance and what a find! Beautiful house, yard and easy to park and get into. Great for a large gathering. Thank you!

We had a girls weekend getaway in Sandpoint. This was the perfect location with restaurants and cute shops all within walking distance. And, it was so spacious in the accommodation—room to spread out and relax in different spaces. As others have mentioned in reviews, there’s noise from trains and from cars in front of the building, and a little bit of light music coming from the restaurant downstairs. Nothing that bothered us or would keep us from wanting to stay here again. All in all, a great place to stay and tastefully renovated old building.

Perfect place to stay while visiting for a doctor's appointment. My family was looking for something close to the doctor's clinic, walkable and enjoyable while in between appointments. Bryan's place was extremely walkable, peaceful and had everything we needed.

Cute house, it was exactly as pictured and described. It was a great location for what we needed it for with a lot of close by stores and coffee shops.

I would highly recommend Nick and Cassie’s place! It is so charming inside and the back yard is perfect for a relaxing night. From a relaxing time in the hot tub to a fun night by the fire, this place has it all! The inside is roomy and everything was perfectly labeled and easy to find. I have never had an easier time in an AirBnb!

We loved staying at the barn! It was close to Silverwood and easy to get back on the road in the morning. Our favorite part was relaxing in the hot tub after a long day.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular views. We loved it so much we extended our stay and are already talking about coming again next year. There is a nice hiking trail right down the road and other hiking and biking trails a short drive away. We were able to kayak right off the pier, although there are a number of stairs you need to take down to the water which was clearly shown in the photos. Brandy was very helpful with local recommendations and immediately responsive to our questions. We had a great week!

Loved the stay, it was great! Close to downtown Sandpoint and within walking of the Dover city beach and the Dish restaurant. Perfect little house. Fit our family of three just great.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time. The place was clean spacious and everything worked. They made us feel very welcome by allowing us to be there early for check-in. And they let us check out late. At no extra cost. They were very accommodating. Even though we were right in the middle of town, we felt like we were away from everything. Anything you wanted to do was within walking distance. And we had an amazing time. We laughed. We cried we drank. We ate very memorable weekend.

We could tell that Robert and Ellen went to work for us. We had everything we needed and then some. They are thorough, detail oriented and very pleasant to interact with. Splitting the cost with a couple of good friends made it reasonable. First morning saw an owl out of the window out from the porch in the trees. Firs night saw a huge bull moose right under the porch. Looked like he thought it was as his home. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

A nice peaceful area with wildlife stopping by just off to the side of the home. A clean, quiet place to stay in a location that is close to everything you need. Well stocked coffee/tea/cocoa bar with an assortment of snacks. I highly recommend Merry's place.

This is the perfect place in Sandpoint if you prefer some peace and quiet to being right downtown (which is nonetheless an easy 30ish-minute walk on a dedicated path). The house itself is lovely, well-furnished, with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen/living area and packed with thoughtful little extras everywhere. The beds are super comfortable, and there's a cute, small porch out back with a fire table and view of the creek. Would absolutely stay here again!

We were able to get in before the summer rush and "ridiculously " pleased! Far better than any higher priced motel. All the amenities of home and then some. My husband was practically ready to move in!

The best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed at. Exceeded my expectations. Great location, very clean, well-appointed, cozy, with the most incredible floor to ceiling waterfront views. I loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the river and the convenience of walking down to the restaurants downstairs. Appreciated the thoughtful personal touches and unique tasteful art and decor and premium bedding and towels which made it feel like a home away from home. Excellent communication with host. 10 out of 10. I checked out today and I’m already thinking of booking my return visit.

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure I felt right at home. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. I especially loved all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful area for my morning and evening walks! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

Our condo was right on the water. We used the kayaks one morning, and the unit was just right for two people. I snore, so slept on the sofa couch and my husband used the bedroom. The sofa bed was the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever slept on! Overall, great deal and very close to everything in Sandpoint. Just know that you have to get out of your car and put the code for the unit into the gate to get into the parking lot for the unit.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condominium in Coeur D'Alene!  The unit is well appointed and laid out.  It is bright and airy and nicely decorated.  The gathering place is in the center space that includes the living room, kitchen, and deck.  Each side of the living space features the bedrooms.  The unit is located at the end of the building which makes for a very peaceful experience.  Having two parking places in the secure garage below the building is very convenient.  The overall Riverstone complex is convenient and fun to explore.  The dining options are plentiful nearby.  We rented some ebikes nearby and took the trail along the river to town.  It was a pleasure working with Jennifer.  We couldn't have asked for a better experience on our three night stay.

As an air bnb host myself, I can say with all fairness that Shannon offers up an exceptional stay. The condo is spacious, spotless, and has every amenity. The location couldn't be better, and the bed, probably the most comfy I have ever slept in, in my life. The layout is excellent. We were two moms and two 12 year olds, and there was tons of space. Having such a wonderful home away from home really elevated everything about our trip and we were so happy to come home to the condo every day. Thank you Shannon!
