We loved Amanda’s place! Easy Checkin, beautifully decorated, very clean, and walkable to lots of restaurants and things to do. We rented e-bikes and biked downtown. Highly recommended. Thank you for a great stay!

The condo is absolutely immaculate. Spacious with all the amenities you could possibly need. Great location for a little getaway so close to Schweitzer Mountain and to downtown Sandpoint. Highly recommend this location and would definitely stay there again for a local getaway staycation!

We had a girls weekend getaway in Sandpoint. This was the perfect location with restaurants and cute shops all within walking distance. And, it was so spacious in the accommodation—room to spread out and relax in different spaces. As others have mentioned in reviews, there’s noise from trains and from cars in front of the building, and a little bit of light music coming from the restaurant downstairs. Nothing that bothered us or would keep us from wanting to stay here again. All in all, a great place to stay and tastefully renovated old building.

This was such a wonderful gem. Never having been to this area I took a chance and what a find! Beautiful house, yard and easy to park and get into. Great for a large gathering. Thank you!

Melissa went out of her with our super late booking by getting the home ready to go within a few hours. Super friendly and accommodating!!! Great place to stay for a quiet getaway with my husband. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 10 minutes from downtown CDA restaurants, parks & shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with windows on all walls to see the beauty outside. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Katherine was always available to help with any questions and local recommendations.

The only thing that I would say negatively is the parking BUT they do mention... 'if there is no parking, park on the side street' Which i did. Just not enough space to accommodate for each room. All in all, easy to find. There is a Food Truck lot just next door. Downtown CDA is minutes away. Really good location for these Airbnb units.

We had a great experience at Jason’s place and in our interactions with him. He was super responsive to any inquiries. The place was well stocked and comfortable, and it was so great to be up on the mountain and not have to drive at all the whole time we were there.

Terrific basement unit with plenty of space, a full kitchen and even a washer/dryer. This cozy space is a great retreat in CDA that is still very close to downtown. Susan was great with her communication and I would definitely stay here again.

I booked this place for a few days. Was a great stay. Kristine is a very responsive host and made sure everything was set up really well for is. The location is great, peaceful and serene yet just a few moments out of town. Definitely recommend this stay.

Ellen’s apartment is just as pictured- bright colors, cozy living area. Fully equipped kitchen and full bath. Bed a bit soft but comfortable. Great location, only 10 min drive to Schweitzer SPOT free shuttle lot. Highly recommend.

It only took a few steps inside to realize this stay would be something special. This space is not only beautiful but thoughtfully designed with a true sense of hygge—warm, welcoming, and effortlessly calming. As an aspiring chef who’s particular about the kitchen, I was especially impressed this kitchen. I’d seen previous reviews mentioning missing items, but I found the opposite to be true. Everything I needed was at my fingertips, from quality pans to sharp knives—clearly curated for guests who actually enjoy cooking. Mariela even checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. That level of care and communication made the entire experience seamless. The bed was incredibly comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud—and I woke up every morning to jaw-dropping views that felt like something out of a dream. It was the perfect place to reset, refocus, and feel inspired. Truly one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had.

make sure you screenshot your instructions on how to get in with the door code. that was literally our only scary issue. got up tge mou tain pretty late and no service! right at the door I got one bar of 4G and called host! she answered right away and gave me the code! bless her heart!

James place was a little gem. It’s laid out so well. Decorated adorably and perfectly for the area. The seating area in the window was so cute and my granddaughter loved sleeping in it. The place has so many great activities you can stay as busy as you want.

A must stay!!! They did such a wonderful job immersing you into the Harry Potter theme. So fun, thought out and clean. We loved the big table for board games and felt right at home watching Netflix on the comfy couches. The hot tub was great too. Would recommend to everyone!

James has the best rentals! His attention to detail is unmatched. The photos of this property don’t do it justice. The sofa was high quality, firm, and great for plenty of people. The towels are Frete, made in Turkey and absolutely luxurious. What I loved about this unit was that they didn’t skimp on the little things. There was high quality paper towels and toilet paper and plenty of it!! The views of this property were stunning. Everything worked great in the unit. We preferred it over the corner unit we stayed in prior in the same building.

We had a perfect stay in Sandpoint! The condo was gorgeous with a great view of the lake and a very comfortable porch. I was able to jog along the lake right from the condo. We were also able to walk to dinner every night. The parking situation was also super easy. We would absolutely stay here again.

The house was nestled in the beautiful Schweitzer resort. Mountain biking right out your door. The house had everything you need to have an epic trip with your family or friends. The added bonus: massage chair! So needed after mountain biking and swimming at the lake. Love this place.
