I stayed at Mark’s place while visiting my daughter, who’s in the Navy, and it was the perfect spot for some peaceful downtime. Even though it’s a shared home, the bedroom and bathroom felt very private and exceptionally clean. I was comfortable the entire time and slept well. The house itself is like walking into an art installation—colorful, unexpected, and full of personality. You never quite know what light or feature will come to life next, which made it fun and memorable. Both hosts are clearly creative souls with a flair for design. The backyard was my favorite part—lush with plants, fountains, and statues, all backing up to the Chesapeake waters. At night, it turns into a magical light show with just the sounds of nature and water features. So peaceful and calming. They even had a little breakfast area set up with bakery items and coffee—such a thoughtful touch. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind and restful experience.

Is this my second time booking with him. He’s genuinely nice, kind, and friendly. His house is very nice and clean. I really love this place.

It is always great staying at Veronica’s! This was my second visit to Virginia Beach due to school purposes and I decided to stay here again. There was some mirror hiccups outside but nothing she did not try help with. Veronica is such a great host!

The bed was everything !!!!! so comfy. Beautiful decor. Nice lighting. And the room was cool enough without the fan and not cold. It was really close to a really good breakfast spot call The Bird. I wasn't driving but I could walk there. It located by the water which is really after break I sat by the dock. Her house is peaceful I'm not a light sleeper but when ready for bed I like peace and quiet and I had just that. If I am headed back this way I will book here if available. I loved my stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Stay with Christina – A Wonderful Host! I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Christina’s Airbnb, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, Christina’s warm hospitality made me feel right at home. She was incredibly responsive, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. It’s clear that Christina puts a lot of care into maintaining a welcoming and cozy environment. The bed was super comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the little extra touches, like [mention any special detail, e.g., fresh flowers, snacks, local recommendations], truly made a difference. One of the highlights of my stay was Christina’s attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond!

Great place to stay for a short term visit.

This was a very unusual trip for us as I was coming down to have a medical procedure done with a local doctor, so I was already super anxious. But Dawn was wonderful! I explained to her what we had going on, and she went over and above, explaining the easiest way to get in and out, so I would have the least steps, telling us where everything was, and even offering to help my daughter if we needed anything at all. In addition to the excellent communication, the room was spotless and beautiful. I felt so very comfortable there. She has absolutely everything you could need there and the patio feels so private. We will definitely try to rebook with her in the future and I highly recommend her to anyone needing a place in the area. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

Our stay at Chucks House was amazing. Everything we needed Chuck had, or was able to easily get for us. Even then, we barely noticed he was there unless we actively went searching for him or needed him. The home itself couldn’t have been more perfect and it elevated our stay to a whole different level. The view of the lake is incredible and the airport being close is not a problem, it was pretty cool getting to see all the planes take off and land in fact. Both of the bedrooms were comfy and easy to sleep in. The living room has plenty of options to sleep in to the point where I could’ve slept in a different bed every night we stayed. We had all the amenities we needed to cook, breakfast and dinner. The hot tub was extremely nice and we used it every single day. Overall our stay was incredible and we could not have asked for better.
