The host team is very professional and caring, we enjoyed our stay at this place. It’s located in a historical neighborhood, clean and has all you need for both short and long stay. While it might get a bit chilly at nights in winter, we were provided with heating equipments. There’s also a washing machine and a dryer in the house. Definitely recommended host and place

Öncelikle havaalanına çok yakın bir konumdaydı . Çok şirin bir bahçesi mangal alanı dışarıda oturma alanı mevcuttu çok düzenliydi tıpkı fotoğraflar gibiydi..Tertemiz bir evdi misafirlerim çok rahat ettiler, herşey düşünülmüştü atıştırmalıklar içecekler çok ince düşünülmüş teşekkür ederiz🌸 İzmire gelen misafirlerime tavsiye edeceğim 🌸

Kaldığımız bu harika ev, doğanın kucağında huzur dolu bir kaçış noktasıydı. Evin dekorasyonu, özenle seçilmiş detaylarla doluydu ve her köşesi sevgiyle döşenmişti. Bahçesi ise adeta bir cennet parçasıydı; kuş sesleri eşliğinde huzur bulabileceğiniz bir yer. Ev sahibi, çevredeki gizli cennetleri keşfetmemiz için harika önerilerde bulundu, böylece doğanın tadını çıkarmak için mükemmel bir rehberimiz oldu. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. İlk fırsatta yine geleceğiz:)

Our stay at the villa was absolutely perfect! The view was breathtaking — waking up to the sight of the sea every morning was truly unforgettable. The villa itself was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was incredibly helpful and hospitable, always available when we had questions. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommended! This house offers stunning 270-degree sea views and a lovely terrace in a quiet neighborhood. Ferhat is an excellent communicator and promptly addresses any issues that may arise during your stay. The house is comfortable and well-cleaned. Be aware that there are many stairs, as shown in the pictures, which may be a concern if you have mobility issues or small children. Otherwise, you will thoroughly enjoy the house, the neighborhood, and the taste of Turkish culture. The location is conveniently close to Yeni Foca and Eski Foca, where you can explore street markets and local cafes, walk by the seaside, and pick fruit from the house's garden.

Ma famille et moi avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est fidèle au photos, très fonctionnelle et la déco est vraiment sympa. Avec les instructions de Gökhan nous avons trouver la maison sans difficulté. Il faut être véhiculé mais nous étions prévenu. D’ailleurs il a été disponible tous le long du séjour pour répondre à nos questions, merci à lui. Mention spécial pour un petit restau typiquement turque à 5 minutes en voiture dans les hauteurs on s’est régalé.
