Holiday rentals with beach access in Bayraklı

We had a wonderful stay at Erhan’s place. He and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming, going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The apartment was spacious enough and located in a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing. Although the place is a bit tucked away, Erhan supported us in every way to find it easily. Parking was available nearby, and we were even invited to join them for breakfast — a truly generous gesture. It felt like the old days of Airbnb, when it was all about personal connection and hospitality. Highly recommended!

A fabulous stay! Great location walkable to many tourist sights, close to the beautiful promenade. A great choice of coffee shops, restaurants and cafes nearby as well as grocery stores. A fashionable area. A large apartment with 3 separate bedrooms, was very spacious for two of us. Nicely furnished as shown in the photos, with a good dining area and well appointed kitchen. Gokhan responded quickly to any questions and was very accommodating and friendly.

Loved the location. Easy to get to from the airport. Plenty of space in the apartment, which was nice. Fast internet. I stayed in August and found the temperature comfortable. And Hanife was a generous host.

The house is much better than it looks in the photos, it has a great view, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, there are room smells even in the hallway in every room, the house is immaculate and fragrant, Mr. Cloud is very interested, since the apartment is located on a busy street, he even kept a parking space for us to park our car, thank you for everything.

We were satisfied with our stay, the kitchen had all kinds of equipment and immaculate , the house was wider than it looked in the photos. Mr. Devol was in constant communication, and he responded quickly. The location of the house was also very central. It was a stay that I would want to stay again.

Glad we stayed in an apartment in a perfect location. A clean and tidy apartment where all the places that are safe, peaceful and easy to access, which will be our first choice for our next trips to Izmir. Mr. Can, his friendly communication is super solution-oriented, reliable, and a good host. We did not have any problems during our stay. It is a perfect apartment in the heart of Alsancak as shown in perfectly immaculate photos. There are all the equipment and items that will be needed in the apartment. We spent two nights in Izmir and felt very comfortable in Demet's apartment. We would also book the apartment again for a longer stay. It is very centrally located near the cultural park in a small quiet side street. The apartment was sparkling clean and very tidy. We also found the check-in very pleasant via a key box. We will be happy to come back!
