House in the city center. It is in one of the oldest settlements of Izmir. There are many historical buildings and museums in the surrounding area. It is adjacent to the Ethnography Museum, Children's Toy Museum, Agora Ancient City, Historical Kemeraltı Bazaar and Clock Tower. All public transport and the beach are within 5 min walking distance. It is within the boundaries of restoration. For this reason, it is quiet and calm in the evenings. Free park for cars, closed garage for motorcycles.

This private one story house reflects the traditional housing of the the area built in the beginning of the Century by the Tatarian people who migrated from Crimea.
