Karşıyaka is 10 minutes away from the beach and the bazaar, and only 3 minutes away from the metro. There are many restaurants and chain markets around the house. There is direct metro transportation from Izmir airport. It is also 20 minutes by tram to Karşıyaka Hiltown and Mavibahçe shopping centers. All flats redecorated high quality. Very clean and shiny rooms. Wifi is free. Karşıyaka is safe place. You can see local people around. The building is very close to the bazaar which you can find lots of shops all together. It's only five minutes far to the metro by walking. All apartments are well-maintained,kitchens and bathrooms are renovated. The renovation has just been completed.
