Come stay on the farm! 40 acre working hay farm with 2 ponds, starry nights, and beautiful views. Family friendly, 12 miles (~20minutes) south of downtown Durango and 15 minutes south of Walmart. This is located on our property right across the driveway from our house. *PLEASE, NO LOUD PARTIES, NO SMOKING(INSIDE OR OUTSIDE) NO DRUGS, NO DRIVING ON YARD/GRASS* *Parents: please be mindful of your kiddos as we do have ponds, large farm equipment, DOGS (please just ignore them), CATS, and horses*

Beautiful Log Mountain Home with a View

Our beautiful mountain home is nestled between Durango and Pagosa Springs Colorado. Whether you are looking for a quite, private and secluded vacation spot or a home between two local ski resorts (Purgatory and Wolf Creek) this home offers the best of both worlds. This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.

Distances to popular places: 5 minute drive to the edge of Durango. 16 minute drive to the Durango & Silverton Railroad. 18 minute drive to Durango regional airport.

Wonderful Spacious Log Home for 4

Guests will enjoy approx. 1800 sq. ft. of the upper level log home. Centrally located to downtown, airport, casino and popular tourists attractions. The home features a fireplace, Wi-Fi, and Satellite TV. Outside enjoy the deck, Hot Tub , Barbeque Grill, Fire Pit and Horseshoe Pit. We live on the property, but separate from the log home and are here to help our guests as we can. Our rental agreement is for a total of 4 people and please note that children do count in that total.

Mountain Escape

Great forest escape in the mountains. Our house offers space to come together as a family, slow down and enjoy nature. The fresh, cool mountain air is refreshing and inviting. Like most mountain homes, our house does not have AC as the breeze keeps the house cooler. During those unseasonably warm times, the box fans in the windows keep the air flowing and trips to the lake or river are just perfect! We have upgraded our internet and are averaging speeds over 100 MBPS.
