Holiday apartment in the Meindl Basecamp

Our holiday apartment is a private unit within our Basecamp building, where we also live. Guests enjoy their own separate entrance. The apartment is cozy and well laid out: the bright living and dining room forms the central space, with a private bathroom right next to it, equipped with towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, and all necessary dishes is available. The living area also features a desk for working and a Smart TV with YouTube Premium, Netflix, and an extra HDMI connection. Free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the apartment. Guests are welcome to enjoy our spacious garden – perfect for strolling, barbecues, or relaxing evenings. For outdoor enthusiasts, we provide ideas for hikes and mountain tours. On request, we can arrange a professional mountain guide or organize bus transfers to the starting points of various routes.

Enjoy your quiet 40 sqm ground-floor apartment, just 200 m from the outdoor swimming pool. Parking on the premises. Everything you need for everyday life is available in the village. The apartment is an ideal starting point for cycling, mountain biking, skiing and hiking tours, as well as excursions to Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Salzkammergut or the surrounding region, at any time of the year. There is a storage room, for example, for e-bikes or Skis are available. A baby cot and high chair for little guests are also provided.

The modern and newly renovated 85 m² residential unit in the Leopoldskron district offers a unique combination of absolute tranquility in the countryside with mountain views and proximity to the center. The old town is a 20-minute walk, while public transportation takes only 10 minutes. Public transport tickets are provided free of charge for each guest. The local recreation area "Leopoldskroner Weiher" is within walking distance.

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!
