It is on the ground floor, has about 80 sqm and has a small terrace with a lounge. 1 living room with flat-screen TV, with dining area, 2 bedrooms each with flat-screen TV with double beds. The house is in the center of Großgmain opposite the spa park. Bus connections in all directions are 2 minutes from the house. It is about 15 km to the city center of Salzburg, 8 km to Salzburg Airport, 18 km to Berchtesgaden, 3 km to Bad Reichenhall.

You rent the entire second floor (90 m²) plus a balcony (6 m²). The bright, light-flooded apartment is newly adapted and impresses with modern or old art (originals). In most rooms there is 60-year-old, revitalized parquet; as well as in the bathroom. The spacious apartment can also be booked by two couples (or a group), as there is a second toilet and the bathroom has two entrances and is lockable. Please be careful with the parquet floors in the bathroom! :=)

There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!
