This bright, 80-square-metre two-bedroom apartment on the second floor is located right in the heart of the Kurzone 1 spa area. It has a fully equipped kitchen. You can find free parking about 200 metres from the property, at the Rupertus Therme. There is space for your bicycles in the garage. You can get to the thermal baths in just 4 minutes and to the city centre in about 7 minutes. If you arrive before check-in or after check-out, you can leave your luggage in our secure basement area at your own risk.

We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Enjoy your quiet 40 sqm apartment just 200 meters from the outdoor pool. Parking on the premises. In the village, all the necessities of daily use are available. The apartment is, in every season, an ideal starting point for cycling, mountain, skiing and hiking tours, as well as excursions to Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Salzkammergut or the surrounding region. There is a lockable storage room, for example, for e-bikes or skis. A baby crib and high chair for small guests is also available.

You rent the entire second floor (90 m²) plus a balcony (6 m²). The bright, light-flooded apartment is newly adapted and impresses with modern or old art (originals). In most rooms there is 60-year-old, revitalized parquet; as well as in the bathroom. The spacious apartment can also be booked by two couples (or a group), as there is a second toilet and the bathroom has two entrances and is lockable. Please be careful with the parquet floors in the bathroom! :=)

Cozy bright apartment in the middle of the village

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!

The apartment is fully equipped, It is on the 2nd floor, door on the left, with a wide staircase. The house is in the center of Großgmain opposite the spa gardens. Bus connections in all directions are 2 minutes from the house. It is about 15 km to the city center of Salzburg, 8 km to Salzburg Airport, 18 km to Berchtesgaden, 3 km to Bad Reichenhall.
